黎坪景区境内有林海、草甸、瀑布、石林等景观，由黄洋河、石马山、冷坝等四大景区组成，以原始林海、巴册民情风俗、安汉故居为主要景观的景点共计有160余处。景区内独有的中华龙山景观为汶川地震山体断裂后产生的一种奇特地质现象，整个褐色山体形似巨龙，据推测该山体形成于4亿至5亿年前的奥陶纪，观赏价值极高；石马山景区为典型的高山峰丛石林群景观，在同纬度、同高程堪称“绝版”，全国惟一；冷坝景区以高山草甸为主，这里牛羊成群，山花遍野，一派优美的田园风光。每年3、4月份油菜花开的季节，黎坪便成为了油菜花的海洋，金色染遍整个景区，景色绝美壮观。
