Xiandouyu (ぽんとちょう) is a flower street between Kamogawa and Wooya-Tong in Nakakyo District, Kyoto City. It was originally a sandbank in Kamogawa. In the early Edo era, it was called Shin-Kawahara-Tong due to the fortifications on the shore. After the development into tea house, travel cage and other bustling streets, Gong Xu Geisha business, became a famous flower street. It is located in the north-south direction of the stone road between the three to the four, Kamogawa and the wooden house. In addition to the unique commercial form of Hua Street, there are general restaurants. The store on the east side faces Kamogawa, and there are many restaurants with cool beds. The first Douyu song and dance practice venue is located at the north end.
