哑巴生煎这个名字挺有特点的，第一次听到肯定会问为什么叫哑巴这个名字，其实我也不知道，哈哈。跟着导航很好找，是一个小独栋，整体装修风格很苏州，很雅致的感觉。进店就是点餐台，墙上就有菜品和价格。点好的餐需要自己去出餐口取。客人离桌后，服务员会马上收拾干净桌子。生煎的话是我个人比较喜欢的感觉，里面的汤汁恰到好处的咸鲜，肉馅儿也很足。牛肉粉丝汤，粉丝非常有韧劲儿，喜欢，汤还行，牛肉也不柴。期间多外卖单，值得一试的小店，人均二三十块钱吧。

非常时期，不堂食，打包这家著名的生煎店，回家吃，太值得特意来打包的了，民间美食就是这种，好吃不贵的了，以后还会继续来买着吃

去了苏州好多次，一直听说哑巴生煎很好吃，终于吃上了。排队排的是好长好长，但是为了美食，我也是很拼的，哈哈哈哈。说一下他家的生煎，肉馅偏甜，很适合上海人喜欢甜的口感，汤汁很多，还很烫，赞量么，一份八个，对于一个女生来说，足足可以吃饱了，绝对是回头客。

位于老旧的苏安新村内，周围环境稍微有些脏乱，店面看上去很陈旧，红底黄字的招牌很显眼。这里人比较少，比较清净，也不用排队。我走进店内，打扫的还是很干净，餐桌餐椅像学校食堂的感觉，比较简单。每天营业到晚上六点半，不要错过时间啦。点好单后要把小票给窗口，然后自己去拿。碗筷也在消毒柜中自己取。不要像我一样坐在位置上傻等。哑巴生煎：14元一客，一客有八只。生煎底金黄色，挺厚的，但很脆。撒满芝麻和葱段闻着特别香。趁热咬一口，皮很薄，汤汁会溢出来，一定要小心汤汁烫口。猪肉甜甜的，很有弹性。泡泡小馄饨：热气腾腾的小馄饨撒着蛋皮丝，因为我忘记拿结果有些胀干，好心疼。小馄饨果然一个个都鼓着泡泡，咬上去皮很薄，肉少皮多。牛肉粉丝汤：咖喱粉在碗底吃前一定要搅拌一下，会有浓浓的咖喱味，牛肉的口感也不错，如果整碗分量更多一些就好了。
