JJieximeimeiThe quadrangle courtyard room was a really interesting experience, especially being in the hutong. It would have been even more convenient if we didn't need the shuttle bus, but that's probably only an issue in winter. The decor and facilities were decent, but the service was exceptionally good, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were always ready to help, responding to messages in the group chat and solving problems at any time. A special thank you to our housekeepers, Melody and Vicky – they made us feel so welcome. Since we were traveling with our child, they even upgraded our room to a connected one, which made it much easier to look after the little one. Our kid absolutely loved it! 👍 During New Year's, there were special and very fun activities in the Ten Alleys. The New Year's Eve dinner at Vicini was also delicious. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

GGuest UserMy stay at the Wanda Vista Beijing's Executive King Room was outstanding overall. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets, situated in the heart of Beijing's CBD, right next to the China World Trade Center, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere. It's incredibly convenient to walk to Dawanglu or Guomao subway stations, making it ideal for business travelers or tourists visiting attractions like the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of attentive care. The staff were warm and professional, quick to respond to both check-in procedures and daily inquiries. The executive floor benefits were a major highlight; I enjoyed breakfast and evening Happy Hour at the Executive Lounge on the 26th floor, which offered a tranquil environment and thoughtful service. The breakfast spread was extensive, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. The hotel's hygiene standards were excellent; my room was clean and comfortable, and the public areas were spotless, truly reflecting the high standards expected of a five-star hotel.

WWobipengyuyanshuaiduole## Review **Facilities:** The room facilities are excellent. Since it's a new hotel, everything is brand new. As a business traveler, I really appreciate peace and quiet and not being disturbed. As soon as I entered the room, I put on the 'do not disturb' mode. The room was very quiet, and it was so enjoyable to watch movies on the projector while eating takeout. **Environment:** It's incredibly close to Beijing West Railway Station. I bought a train ticket to Daxing Airport and walked to West Station in just 10 minutes. The train ride from West Station to the airport is only half an hour and costs just over 10 yuan. It couldn't be more convenient. If I'm ever in Beijing for business again, I'll definitely only stay here. **Hygiene:** As expected from a new hotel, the bedding in the room looked brand new. The small face towel was especially comfortable to use. I didn't even need to use the disposable towel I brought, as the hotel's offering was excellent. **Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming during check-in. The young women were all smiling. Business travel at the end of the year can be quite frustrating, but seeing their cheerful faces actually brightened my mood. The hot water in the room was instantly available, and the projector speed was very fast. I was very satisfied with everything. **[Amenities] Choice of two exquisite drinks:** I chose coffee, and it wasn't instant – it was freshly ground and brewed, which was delicious. At this price point and location, it's definitely great value for money. I highly recommend this place to any frequent business travelers.

WWenjingJavelinComing to Beijing for Chinese New Year? Staying here is a great choice! This is likely the only Regent in Beijing, and its location is prime, right near the Wangfujing commercial district. It's super convenient for exploring Wangfujing or the Forbidden City, and there's a direct subway connection nearby. Regent's service has always been excellent. First, a big thanks to Bianca Hong for handling my check-in, and Amelia Song, who I met during check-out. Both were incredibly nice and professional staff members. The junior suite offers quite spacious accommodations, with a sitting area that's also suitable for working on a laptop. The bed is very comfortable~ The bathroom is well-designed with wet and dry separation, a bathtub, and double sinks, so two people can stay without any hassle. There's even a half-bath by the entrance, which is very convenient. Regent's most famous feature is probably the 17th-floor lounge breakfast. If you have lounge access, definitely don't miss it. It's a mix of à la carte and buffet options, with plenty of delicious choices. The gym space is also excellent, and there's a 25-meter swimming pool. The facilities for exercise and relaxation are top-notch.

RRoushuwoniuThe hotel's location is excellent. Xidan Joy City is right downstairs, and there are two other shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also just a ten-minute walk to Peking Union Medical College Hospital's international department. The breakfast quality could be improved, and I'd recommend the housekeeping department enhance their service quality – as shown in picture three, there was a foreign object left behind by the previous guest. Overall, for this price point, it's a good rating.

AAnonymous UserMy stay this time was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Terry, Mika, and Yolanda! Terry was efficient and patient during check-in, proactively upgrading me to a quiet room and explaining the facilities and local tips. Mika had a constant warm smile, offered me warm water, and thoughtfully reminded me about elevator access and breakfast times. Yolanda was incredibly quick to respond to my needs; she promptly helped when I forgot an item and made the check-out process smooth and fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the service details were impeccable. I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, highly recommend!

JJacky Liu 1982The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the core area of West Chang'an Avenue. It's directly opposite the Capital Museum and next to Chang'an Shopping Mall, making getting around very convenient. The price is also very cheap. However, for a five-star hotel, their service is truly disappointing. Firstly, there's no greeter at the entrance, and no service staff in the lobby. The front desk is slow to respond and quite dull when dealing with issues. All the staff have a poor sense of service, or rather, no service awareness at all. They avoid eye contact with guests and don't even offer a simple greeting! The swimming pool is like a big fish tank. If you're staying for the low price and great location, it's just about acceptable.

GGuest UserThe hotel felt a bit dated, but the service was genuinely excellent. They knew we were celebrating a birthday, so they upgraded us to a suite and were very helpful in getting our luggage delivered directly to our room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a hot tub. In the changing rooms, there's a sauna and a hot plunge pool. The sauna was a bit ordinary; unlike some high-end hotels, it didn't get hot enough quickly to make you sweat, nor did it have any added fragrances. Also, a cold plunge pool would have been a great addition. The bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were good. Four Seasons is Four Seasons; even if the hotel is a bit older, it still delivers the expected level of service for its class.

Sshinshin5787This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, right next to Wangfujing, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. Upon arrival, Guest Relations Manager Xiao Ding assisted me with check-in. She was very friendly, inquired about my preferences, and even upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and cozy, well-arranged, and offered breathtaking views from the window. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also serves excellent food. I'll definitely be coming back here again.
