Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing
Just minutes from Beijing Capital International Airport, the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport Hotel (Beijing Shoudu Jichang Xierdun Jiudian) is also only 15 minutes from the New China International Exhibition Center. The spacious rooms at this convenient Beijing airport hotel come with high-quality sound-proofed French windows to keep the noise of overhead engines at bay, and with four restaurants serving distinctive Chinese regional cuisine as well as classic Western and Asian dishes, the Hilton Beijing Capital Aiport Hilton has something for every taste bud. There's the relaxed 360° Restaurant featuring fine food, live cooking stations and all-day dining and My China, with its classic Beijing, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Those on tight schedules will appreciate this hotel's proximity to the airport and the 24-hour live flight feed displayed on screens in the hotel lobby.

"Staying at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport was excellent. From Terminal 2, the shuttle bus runs exactly every half hour and the ride takes 10 minutes. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious with a view of taking-off planes—very beautiful. All the necessary amenities were provided in the room, including bathrobes. Breakfast was great, with a very wide selection of both European and classic Chinese cuisine."

__M1391122****I had the privilege of staying at one of the world's top 14 luxury hotels, the Mandarin Oriental – Qianmen. Located in the heart of Beijing, the hotel isn't housed in a typical high-rise but rather spread across various courtyards within the hutongs, which perfectly captures the essence of old Beijing. The ancient charm of the courtyards blends seamlessly with the luxurious and advanced modern facilities, without feeling out of place. Moving between the lobby, restaurant, and guest rooms is done via the hotel's specially designed electric buggies, which navigate the narrow hutong streets with remarkable smoothness. Our butler, Carla, provided impeccable care from check-in to check-out, promptly responding to and fulfilling all my requests. She offered not only practical assistance but also immense emotional value. I definitely plan to return to experience different seasons and holidays, each offering a unique feeling! I hope you continue to maintain such high-quality service and guest experience!

GGuest UserI have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. I just wanted to write about this for other hotel guests to be careful. Thanks, Best regards,

SSisiluoZhejiang Ningbo welcomed its first autumn holiday, and among numerous destinations, Beijing was our definitive choice – the trip felt like a 'great northern migration of Zhejiang people'! Before departing, flights from Ningbo to Beijing soared to unaffordable prices, and high-speed train tickets sold out instantly. We eventually settled on a plan to transit overnight in Nanjing. Before the trip, I was stuck in a hotel selection dilemma: aiming for an international brand within an 800-yuan budget, but most started at 1200+ yuan, often without breakfast, which was way over budget. Ordinary local brands didn't appeal, and even slightly better-located ones like Atour or Orange Hotel Crystal were 800+ without breakfast, offering rather poor value for money. Luckily, during the 11.11 sale, I snagged a deal for Wanda Realm on Ctrip. I booked two nights to test the waters, and to my surprise, the stay exceeded expectations. The night before, we had stayed at a certain international brand hotel in Nanjing, but the experience was quite disappointing. The lobby was on the fourth floor, and the bellhop left us at the elevator entrance. With two kids and a pile of luggage, no one offered a helping hand. The front desk staff, perhaps because we used a discounted rate, grilled us with questions like we were suspects. In stark contrast, upon arriving at Wanda Realm, a doorman immediately helped us with our luggage to the front desk, handing us over to the lobby concierge – a deaf-mute young man who stood ramrod straight the entire time. He patiently waited for us to check-in, then, with a constant smile, delivered our luggage to the room and neatly arranged it. His sincere and enthusiastic attitude was a stark contrast to the previous night's coldness and instantly touched us. The hotel is indeed a bit old, so the facilities are inevitably dated. As soon as we entered the room, there was a pungent smell of cleaning agents. The housekeeper next door, hearing this, immediately brought several bottles of mineral water and helped open the windows for ventilation. Her warmth melted away all discomfort. However, there was a minor hiccup: returning to the hotel at night, we encountered outdoor construction noise. We called for service to close the window, but the housekeeping lady couldn't manage it and called an engineering staff member. Here's a small suggestion: it would be better if guest rooms provided shoe covers. To reach the window controls, the uncle took off his shoes and stepped on the sofa stool. For families with young children, there's a natural concern about hygiene issues like athlete's foot, especially since kids crawl everywhere. However, overall, the 4-day, 3-night stay slightly exceeded expectations: the front desk, concierge, and reservations department all provided professional service. You can feel the high staff stability and low turnover. This is the service legacy of a seasoned hotel.

MMinnielauuuFirst time staying at Regent Beijing, and it did not feel up to IHG standards in my opinion. Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow, and I had to go back and forth with the call centre and housekeeping before the duty manager finally resolved the issue. The bathroom cleanliness was not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. - There was visible mould in the shower area. I received a call from Housekeeping on 28 Dec, informed them about it, but no one came to clean it. - There was also a seriously clogged shower drain (later fixed), which suggests no one noticed it before we checked in, likely because it had not been properly cleaned. Lobby lounge - Italian sparkling wine would never be a champagne, this is not supposed to be happening on REGENT hotel wine menu. Silly mistake & not professional. Wanted to order “Santa Punch” from the festive menu around 6pm and learned that it was sold out in the afternoon, half of the operational hours… Other than that, staffs are very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness really turn me off for next visit. Given there’s plenty of other hotels in the same area

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the lovely Pan Pacific Beijing while visiting Beijing for the first time. After arriving on the high speed train from Shanghai to Beijing South Railway Station, I was pleased that I could board the Metro (Line 4) and ride just four stops north to the Xidan station which was just a short walk from the hotel. The Pan Pacific is ideally situated in the Xicheng District, which is close to the historic sites (e.g.; the Palace Museum / Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Temple of Heaven, ...) yet retains a local flair. Should one have the desire/need to shop, the Joy City and Grand Pacific malls are nearby and offer every item from cosmetics and clothes to EVs and restaurants. My 12th floor Grand Double Bed room was clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and well appointed (with an amazing shower). The housekeeping staff did a commendable job of cleaning and restocking my room in a timely manner at my convenience. Each day I worked out in the spacious fitness facility which was stocked with well maintained and high quality equipment (ellipticals, treadmills, weights, ...). The first floor breakfast buffet was delicious, extensive, and very reasonably priced, offering a variety of tasty Asian and Western dishes. As a non-Chinese speaker, I consulted the friendly and helpful concierge on a variety of matters. He even procured me tickets for Tiananmen Square through the WeChat mini App (a non-trivial process for non-Chinese). All of the Pan Pacific staff went out of their way to make my visit a most memorable one. Shortly after checking out, I received a phone message while traveling on the high speed train to Hangzhou. The housekeeper called to inform me that I'd accidentally left my keys and (invaluable) USB stick in the safe. Upon arriving in Hangzhou, I called the Pan Pacific and I explained the situation to an exceptionally kind and helpful Pan Pacific employee named Annie. She located the keys/USB and offered to courier them to me in Shanghai (my destination following my brief stay in Hangzhou). Sure enough, upon checking-in three days later in Shanghai, my keys/USB were promptly delivered. Thank you for going the extra mile, Annie, your compassionate treatment coupled with the outstanding service I received throughout my visit has made me a Pan Pacific Beijing convert for life. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Pan Pacific Beijing. EeleonorafrolovaOur visit was super nice, we fell in love with Beijing! Next time I visit Beijing I’ll stay in this hotel again. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient, close to cultural sites and shopping centers. And our room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious (compared to many Chinese hotels). Also I liked the gym! Soooo yep! I strongly recommend this hotel!

2201208****Bringing my family together at the Sofitel Beijing for New Year's Day was an incredibly smart choice! The hotel's location and views are superb, the rooms are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch! We upgraded to a 100 sqm double suite by paying the difference, and it was absolutely stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides overlooking Chang'an Avenue and the East Second Ring Road – the night view was simply breathtaking. Equipped with two king-size beds and a large sofa, the whole family stayed comfortably and happily! The lobby's holiday decorations were warm and inviting, and I savored the rich aroma of hand-poured Kopi Luwak coffee. The Cantonese cuisine at Yipin Hall was authentic and delicious, and the breakfast was extensive and exquisite. What touched me most was Mr. Leo from the business department, who coordinated everything from room type recommendations to check-in arrangements with thoughtful consideration, making us feel truly at home! The staff at the front desk, the executive lounge in the lobby bar, Ms. Zhao Ying from Yipin Hall restaurant, and the three hardworking housekeeping staff (Zhao Xiangqin, Liu Huaju, and Su Nannan) were all incredibly friendly and professional. In short, I highly recommend Sofitel Beijing; it truly embodies the high quality of a five-star hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe room offers a pleasant view, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Although the hotel's facilities are dated, their quality is still very good. It's not as bad as some reviews suggest; while the aging hardware is a definite drawback, the staff are warm and friendly. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge was exquisite, and my child absolutely loved it. The bedding was comfortable, and despite my sensitive skin, I didn't experience any allergic reactions. If the hotel facilities could be updated, it would be absolutely perfect, far surpassing even Waldorf Astoria. The clientele is mainly business travelers, so there are no influencers posing for photos. Overall, it's worth staying here and holds its own against other Four Seasons properties.

3300775****This time, I chose the InterContinental Hotel in Sanlitun Tongying, and it was excellent – a really great stay. Regarding the room, the overall size was good. Definitely opt for a higher floor for a better view; rooms around the 10th floor number have an average view with another building outside the window. The room's interior was well-maintained, and all facilities were in perfect working order. In terms of service, Mia and Chloe provided absolutely outstanding service. Front desk manager Eva was also fantastic. We arrived earlier than expected and planned to go out and explore before coming back to check in, but we were told we could get a complimentary upgrade. Later, due to various reasons, she actively helped us coordinate two room changes. Throughout the process, her thought process and arrangements were impeccable, and she understood our needs without us having to elaborate much. As for the Executive Lounge, the afternoon tea and happy hour offered some decent light meals. Breakfast, however, exceeded my expectations significantly. It was semi-buffet style with some à la carte options, and the beef noodles were delicious. The lounge service was also excellent, and the coffee art was quite pretty. Overall, this hotel is superb, both in terms of service and room facilities. What genuinely surprised me the most was the incredibly high standard of service. When checking out, Eva even came to greet us and ask about our experience. For this price point, such exceptional service is truly rare. Next time, I'd like to try out the pool. Highly recommended.

XxiaoshaCheck-in was smooth. The front desk requested for 5x the amount of deposit due to multiple night stays. The room was very spacious with a living area and walk-in wardrobe. Room was dimly lit, ok in the day with sun but gets very dark at night. Shower door was transparent, not sure why they designed it this way. I like that you can open the sliding doors to the bathroom but would have preferred the shower door to at least be frosted to have some privacy. The bathroom is connected to the walk-in wardrobe, you can actually look into the bathroom from the other side of the walk-in wardrobe so there's even less privacy. The beds are small doubles so can be slightly tight on space if you sleep with a big kid. Room supplies are topped up everyday. They will provide more bottles of water upon request. Location was great, right next door to APM mall (2 mins walk away). MRT station is right below APM mall (Jinyu Hutong station). Overall a pleasant stay with huge bathroom and space for a family.
