The most comfortable resort hotel for this Vietnam trip! The room with a pool faces the South China Sea. Because it is off-season, there are not many guests, so it is very quiet! My husband and I decided to choose Sala after a lot of consultation. The day we arrived in Phu Yen, we arrived earlier than expected so we asked about early check-in and received enthusiastic support from the receptionists at no extra cost. The amenities are beyond description, very complete and better than quite a few 5-star places I've ever visited. I booked a room with breakfast included. When we eat, you always ask if today's dish suits our taste. With the heat of summer in Tuy Hoa, the hotel lobby has no air conditioning, not even a fan. Guests sitting for about 5 minutes are sweating profusely. Not worthy of a 4-star hotel, very regrettable.

Everything was perfect, except for breakfast. I stayed for 2 nights and every time I went down around 7am it was very crowded, not enough seats and sometimes the food was all gone and there was no time to top-up. I think the hotel needs to balance the groups of guests with the restaurant's capacity. For individual guests like me, the morning experience was completely ruined by too many groups.
