Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

Baymont Hotel provided an exceptional stay during my recent visit. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. Very nice stay. Rooms very modern and clean. Service was terrific , especially Kern and Carlos. Location a bit off the beaten path, but safe and quiet. Great value for the money. Free breakfast limited, but satisfactory. Would definitely stay again.

The room is very good, there is a microwave, remember to put a tip, about 3 knives a day, if you don't want to spend money, hang on the door to do not disturb, the room has a table, refrigerator. Washing machine and swimming pool on the first floor, eating is very general, buy something to eat

Good for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.

It is comfortable and not expensive, and it is a great experience. A good choice for business travel. I have lived for four days, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is a cheap place.

The bathroom stall still had strands of hair on the wall and floor which I assume belonged to the previous guests!! The bathroom wall glue used on the joints were yellow- brown and the bathroom surround was cream in color!! The glue applied could be seen oozing on where the back wall panel joins the 2 side wall panels!

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

It’s a basic hotel, geared toward business travel. There are no extras- no housekeeping during your stay, no bar. My room did not have a toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom so I had to go and ask for a roll of paper at the front desk.
