- The breakfast restaurant is too small, requiring a long wait every day. Although breakfast hours extend until 10:30 AM, food is no longer refilled after 9:30 AM. - This stay was on the 12th-floor Concept floor, which includes afternoon tea at the Concept Lounge from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. I went to the lounge around 5:45 PM that day, but there were no hotel staff present. All used dishes and cups were left on tables, uncollected. There was absolutely no food refill. I called the hotel lobby to inquire, and eventually, a staff member arrived. This employee showed no smile whatsoever, and their service attitude was far from friendly. - The swimming pool is on the R floor. It's very small, and there are no hotel staff or lifeguards present at all. Given this level of service and hotel facilities, I don't believe this hotel can be considered a five-star hotel in Ipoh.

Same as picture. Room is precious and big, big bathroom with bathtub although the hot water supply is not consistent. Its like a studio type with kitchen , just the microwave bit disgusting. Have balcony, big TV, parking available at the hotel. Driving distance to everywhere. Overall is good.

This was our second stay here. First, a lovely lady at the front desk (apologies, I didn't catch her name tag) provided very attentive and detailed service. She proactively explained many check-in specifics and shared upgrade offers. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff clearly missed some things and didn't thoroughly check if all in-room amenities were complete. The pillowcases weren't on the pillows, the conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom were empty, and there was only one tissue left in the box. When I called the front desk for these supplies, some were still missing when they were delivered. Hilton is a well-known upscale international hotel, and such oversights really shouldn't happen. I hope to see improvement on our next visit.

Just a few hundred meters from the hotel, there's a 'Changjiang White Coffee' shop open during the day. Across from it, there's a Chinese restaurant that's open for dinner – a perfect combination. If you don't want to venture far, these two places have you covered, and the food is delicious too.

Spacious room, desk for work space is good and comfortable. Suitable for business traveler like me. But i dont like the room at level 3, when they are doing construction work at 4.30am, very noisy and I can’t sleep properly. Mattress and bed, pillows very comfortable. But the most important, they cant maintain cleanliness level up to the standard. When at morning i went out for breakfast i found the rubbish front of my door. My room was at the end of the row. Maybe other guests just use my front door as their dumpster. But what shocked me most, when i went out from my room. There was house keeper there, but when i talked to him about cleaning the rubbish he just said to me wait for office instructions. Really unbelievable! No urgency to clear the rubbish and their housekeeper standard of cleanliness really bad!

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Great place, loved the onsen and lost world being next door. View was awesome too! Only gripe I have is that food options are limited and to travel for food require grabbing or car but otherwise it’s a great place to lepak and enjoy the scenery.

I only stayed one day in Ipoh as a stopover. This hotel isn't in the city center, and it's not particularly close to the train station either. However, there are some other small shops within the same building, which makes for a decent collection. The environment is pretty good; it has an industrial design, but it doesn't look run-down. The room was small, but it matched the price. The first room we were given had a connecting door to the next room, so we asked to switch, and the front desk lady cheerfully changed it for us. There's a gym with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and some strength training equipment. Not many people seemed to use the gym, but the environment was nice and air-conditioned. I worked out for an hour and felt great afterwards.

We had a wonderful stay in Banjaran hotspring. Even though there was some issues with the facilities which comes with age and need more maintenance and care. We have complimentary visit to the adjacent theme park and enjoy it even though it was very hot and sunny. Breakfast was good with unlimited ordering from menu. But on 3rd morning, we didn't feel like eating the same food. Wish the menu is changed every alternate morning.

The hotel isn't in the old town, so the location is a bit off the beaten path. However, we took taxis everywhere, so it was quite convenient, and there's also a bus stop right outside. The service was excellent, and the view from the window of all the small private villas was very pleasant.
