We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.★

The scenery was breathtaking. Lan Ha Bay offered a serene and less crowded experience than Ha Long Bay. This tour provides incredible value. The itinerary was packed with kayaking and cave exploring, complemented by a fresh and filling lunch. If you want stunning photos and a smooth, active day trip, this cruise delivers.★

This was great trip on very comfortable yacht. Helpful staff, delicious food, tasty cocktails. There was no noise and crowd people, just me and family.
There was swimming pool, towels, shower, mini golf. The captain was great master, coz our yacht every time was first in each place and I could make cool pics. And service after trip was great too. Coz my daughter forget phone and company sent me it to Da Nang.★

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★

1. Pick up your card at a service counter at the airport entrance; just show your order confirmation.
2. Plan your time carefully. Start counting your time from the first attraction you enter, keeping a 24-hour time limit. We weren't planning to rush, so we took the little train on the first afternoon and went to Lotte World early the next morning. Overall, it was worth the price; very convenient, and you can exchange your tickets at the counter. 🎟★

I booked on both arrival and departure. For arrival, it seems only slightly faster than general queue line probably due to early morning landed at the airport around 8 am. For departure, yes, it is significantly faster than general queue. But you still need to go into another queue line (join with other) for security screening. Unless you buy a super vip fast track which will have different queue line for security screening.
