The pass is very accessible and easy to use. As long as you can visit more than two sightseeing spots, it worths the value. Since it is an electronic pass, it can work well with your phone esp with the installation of the eSim. The pass could act as the fast pass due to the separate queue system at Osaka Castle. So far, we are very happy to travel around with the Osaka Pass.

I highly recommend the Have Fun in Kansai Premium Pass, specifically the Deluxe version that includes Universal Studios Japan (USJ). I was worried about exchanging the voucher for the actual pass, but it was quite easy. At Osaka Airport, on the first floor near the currency exchange counters, there was a green JR machine where you could exchange the voucher for a physical pass. I read the instructions on the official website beforehand, which fully explained which machine to use and how to exchange it. There was an employee at the machine who could help if needed. There were no issues with the pass itself. The voucher was exchanged for a physical paper ticket. Don't lose it. You have to insert it into all the machines, but it's returned immediately.

When traveling with children, I think the airport limousine is much more convenient than the Rapit, where you have to find underground exits and carry your luggage up and down stairs. You can board directly at the ground level, and they help with loading and unloading your bags.👍 I was worried about traffic since it was the weekend and evening, but we arrived comfortably and without any delays. I plan to book the return trip as well.


