M83***16This is a culturally significant tourist attraction. Although it's not large in area, it's world-class! The trail leads directly up to the crater, with corridors and smaller attractions winding upwards. There are no obvious signs, so it's easy to miss some sights. The view from the highest point of the crater is absolutely stunning, perfect for taking photos. Several viewing platforms are also great for taking pictures. Only at the very end do you see the coconut grove, a large, neatly arranged area – so beautiful!

_TS***7hLocated around a 20-30 minute drive from central Haikou, this sprawling site has 3 locations which at the time cost 198 yuan to enter on the site which is slightly more expensive than trip.com. There are different performances, with most occuring in the mid afternoon onwards. Note that some are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Note that you really come here for the scenery. It is done well but some parts are starting to show its age. The fastest anyone could do the site is 2-3 hours. Food prices are also reasonable compared to similar types of sites and there is some English. Asking for an English map when you enter is helpful as it includes some times for performances and other areas of onterest

Elvira_|{Очень понравилось кормить животных, красивая территория. Если бы не погода, провели бы там больше времени. Обратите внимание на расписание автобусов на сафари, чтобы грамотно спланировать время посещения.

M59***26Upon entering the Hainan Provincial Museum, this venue on the banks of the Nandu River immediately unfolds a thousand-year-long landscape of Hainan. In the "Fangwai Fengjie" exhibition hall, a semicircular video recreates the island's transformation from vast ocean to land, while Warring States bronze ring vessels gleam with an ancient luster under the light. Most moving is the "Ancestral Sea" exhibition area, where a map of Hainan made of shells features pink conch shells marking the location of the Xisha Islands. Nearby, a celadon bowl unearthed from the Huaguang Reef shipwreck sits quietly on display, its rims adorned with coral, revealing eight hundred years of underwater history. In the "Qiong Workshop," the patterns of Li ethnic group brocade hold secrets like secret codes, while the patterns of Huanghuali wood carvings are warm and delicate. Even after the museum closes, the faint scent of agarwood lingers on my nose. This journey feels like a journey through Hainan's love letter to its mountains and seas.

M24***73Qilou Old Street is well worth a visit. Its upstairs and downstairs corridors offer shade and shelter from the rain, embodying the charm of Southeast Asia and the hustle and bustle of the city. Admission is free, and you can enjoy a meal while walking, so why not slow down and explore? Qilou Old Street embodies the Southern philosophy of life inscribed in its architecture. Entering Qilou Old Street is like opening a damp, warm old diary.

媛媛🐮我的倾城时光 🐭It's a really fun zoo! Although it's not very big, it has a wide variety of animals. The best part is that some animals roam freely and will come running at you if you have food. It's perfect for kids, and even I, as an adult, found it interesting! 👍

酱螽- Hainan's No. 1 Building: The main hall of the Five Lords Temple: A two-story wooden building with red walls and black tiles, its flying eaves and brackets embody the charm of Lingnan. Inside, the stone carvings of the Five Lords are lifelike. - Su Gong Temple: Dongpo Relics: Su Shi once stayed here during his exile in Hainan. He personally carved the Fusu Spring, which still retains its clear and sweet flavor. Visitors can burn incense and pray within the temple. - Two Fubo Temples: Legends of Generals: Majestic statues of Lu Bode of the Western Han Dynasty and Ma Yuan of the Eastern Han Dynasty, two of the Fubo Generals, stand tall. The murals within the temple vividly recreate ancient battlefield scenes. - Secret Garden: Light and Shadow of Ancient Trees: The 70-acre garden features highlights such as the red wall and bougainvillea at the entrance, the Nine-Curve Bridge and the Horse Washing Pond, and the ancient bell of Xueputang, creating a quaint and poetic atmosphere.

ShirleyHaWow, I really want to give a big comment on this fantasy, Changying Fantasy Amusement Park. I planned this trip to the last day, and I had to fly back to Guangdong at night, but I found that if I knew it was so fun there, I might arrange it at other times, that is, I might arrange it on the first day, play in Haikou for a day after arriving in Haikou, and then go to Lingshui County on the second day. The staff there are very good, and there are not many people, so it doesn’t need to be very bustling and lively. I think it’s pretty good. I hope it can continue to maintain it and do better. Then, regarding the luggage storage, it seems that the luggage storage is for large items, which is only 20 yuan. It can be counted as one large item, so there is no need to worry about the luggage. But here is the parking lot, which seems a bit big, so it’s a bit difficult to distinguish. It would be better if you can distinguish which door is which.

老少皆宜(程世荣)Holiday Beach is a bathing beach in Haikou and a seaside park. Holiday Beach is close to the west coast and is connected to Guanhaitai and Xixiu Beach to form a coastal landscape belt. Holiday Beach is very lively every weekend, with local citizens playing in the water and taking their children for a walk, and tourists from all over the world taking photos and checking in. This is a free attraction and is very friendly to tourists. It is very convenient to travel to Holiday Beach. There are buses and tourist buses along the way, and there is also a parking lot for self-driving.

可爱的仙女心姐姐吖Yundong Library, a white "wormhole" nestled in Haikou Bay's Century Park, has practically become a symbol of Haikou's contemporary culture. Below, we've compiled reviews from three perspectives: architecture, experience, and travel guides, to help you quickly grasp its essence. 1. Architecture: Frozen Waves and Caves MAD Architects cast this multi-dimensional, curved building in a single piece of exposed concrete. The exterior walls and roof form a continuous curve, creating multiple "breathing holes" that both let in natural light and frame the seascape. It has been compared to a "dolphin leaping from the sea" or a "slipper with holes." From every angle, it resembles a frozen wave, connecting the city with the coast, reality with imagination. 2. Experience: An immersive reading, sea-viewing, and music experience. - Visual: The stepped reading area spirals upward, with sunlight filtering through the holes onto the pages of books; the rooftop terrace offers views of the Century Bridge and the South China Sea. - Auditory: Resident musicians often perform guitar, and evening lawn concerts are free of charge. - Smell and Taste: Order coconut lattes at the library's coffee corner, and nearby night markets sell local flavors like dregs vinegar, coconut pancakes, and steamed grouper. - Tactile: Wear the provided shoe covers, allowing you to enjoy the barefoot feel and the sea breeze, creating a "lazy living room" atmosphere. - Taboos: Children under 10 are not allowed; food, colored beverages, and pets are not allowed; cameras must be checked in, but mobile phones are allowed. 3. Tips: Reservations, Time, and Location - Reservations: Book tickets 7 days in advance through the official account "Haikou Yundong Library." Daily admission is limited to 400-500 people. Photos can be taken from the outer perimeter without a reservation. - Open: Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Closed Mondays. Best Times: – Sunrise Silhouette: 6:30-7:30 PM, with the cave entrance backlit; – Sunset Golden Cave: 5:00 PM-6:30 PM, with the west cave entrance facing Century Bridge; – Blue Milky Way: 7:30 PM-8:30 PM, with the building lights reflected on the sea. – Transportation: Take Metro Line 1 to Century Bridge Station, Exit C, and walk for 10 minutes, or take the bus to Century Square Station. If driving, find "Yundong Library"; parking is available nearby. – Nearby Connections: Century Park Lawn Market, Wanlv Park Cycling, and Qilou Old Street Night Tours, all of which can be combined into a "Haikou Bay Day Tour." In short: Yundong Library elevates "seaside daze" into a multi-dimensional artistic experience. If you can secure a reservation, be sure to bring sunscreen and a novel, sit by the window, and watch the sea as the sunset paints the pages golden.
