After visiting Fuxi City, I walked straight out and found a big market with all kinds of fruits and food. I bought a big bag, thanks to the hotel front desk who told me.

The free admission to the ancient city is such a generous offer; I was instantly hooked after exploring it. The ancient residences from the Ming and Qing dynasties are incredibly well-preserved, with exquisite wood and brick carvings that are breathtaking. The courtyard layout of the north and south houses is particularly stunning; stepping inside feels like stepping back in time. Wearing Hanfu for photos is incredibly photogenic, and in the morning when it's less crowded, you can take pictures effortlessly. The vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city is truly captivating! The streets and alleys are filled with Tianshui's signature snacks: spicy and chewy "guagua," refreshing and tangy "jiangshui noodles," and springy "laolao" (a type of noodle). You can't go wrong with any of the small shops; sit down and slurp down a bowl after a long walk—pure bliss! There are also shops selling intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and creative cultural products; you can discover many surprises at a leisurely pace. It's not overly commercialized, allowing for a truly relaxing stroll. And the night view deserves special mention! As dusk settles, red lanterns illuminate the cobblestone streets, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the ancient buildings. Occasionally, you might even catch a street band performance or a Qinqiang opera, adding to the lively yet charming ambiance. The guesthouse we stayed at in the ancient town was incredibly stylish with its retro decor. The owner was warm and attentive, even sharing hidden tourist routes. It was within walking distance of the Fuxi Temple and Yuquan Temple, making it super convenient. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience! Whether you want to immerse yourself in history and culture or simply enjoy the food and photos, Tianshui Ancient Town is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely bring my friends back next time! M23***53Enter from the Fuxi Temple and exit the Tianshui Museum. It's about a twelve-minute walk to the Yuquan Scenic Area. Buying tickets online is very convenient. The hike up the mountain isn't tiring, and the entire tour takes about an hour.

XY.Jingtu Temple, located in Maiji District, Tianshui, Gansu, is adjacent to Maijishan Grottoes, Xianren Cliff and other scenic spots. It is part of the Maijishan Scenic Area, a world cultural heritage. After passing Ganlu Pond and Bodhi Avenue and entering the gate, the grand building complex composed of more than 20 large buildings integrates the styles of Tang, Song, Ming, Qing, Tibetan, Han and North and South, with a total construction area of more than 6,000 square meters. It is the largest Buddhist temple in Longdong. On the central axis are the Ancient Buddha Hall and Manjusri Hall, which are exquisitely built, simple and elegant. Jingtu Temple, formerly known as "Jigu Temple", "Kyoto Temple" and "Manjusri Temple", can be traced back to the Eastern Jin Dynasty. It was built by Master Huiyuan and has a history of 1,700 years. There is also a saying that it was built in the late Tang Dynasty, and was successively repaired by the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, and was demolished in the 1970s. In the 1990s, the great monk Haizheng saw this Feng Shui and decided to rebuild the ancient temple. After begging for alms from all directions, raising money and carefully planning, it took 13 years to build. The Sutra Library is large in scale. From the outside, it has two floors, about 30 meters high, and three floors inside, where the Dharma image of Manjusri Bodhisattva is placed. The eighteen peaks around the Pure Land Temple are called the Eighteen Arhat Peaks. They all face the main peak Manjusri Peak, like eighteen lotus petals embracing each other, forming the natural wonders of "Green Sea Treasure Lotus" and "Eighteen Arhats Worshiping Manjusri". Tips: Respect the temple regulations when visiting, keep quiet, and do not touch or destroy cultural relics at will. The Pure Land Temple can be connected with Maijishan Grottoes, Xianren Cliff, Bailu Cang and other scenic spots for sightseeing.
