there's a stone wall left.

The ruins of a castle in AKI City, Kochi Prefecture, only stone walls remain, and there are few buildings. I think there are some highlights for castle lovers and castle enthusiasts, but I felt that it was a little unsatisfactory for other tourists. Parking and admission are free.
The ruins of AKI Castle are located on a hill of a thick forest with trees 々. There is a stone wall, so you can barely see it as a castle ruins. On the other hand, in front of the forest, there is a calligraphy museum that reproduces a part of the castle at that time. It may be okay to recall the time while looking at this.
It is a visit by car. There is a free parking lot. Because it is Hirayama Castle, it is easy to visit. The moat, the skull-shaped toraguchi, the remains of the main enclosure, etc. remain well. It is not famous nationwide, but it is a recommended castle ruin that is easy to visit.
There is an entrance to the water moat and the earthen wall on the road leading from the samurai residence, and a signboard of the Aki Castle Ruins stands behind it. The packing is relatively well maintained, but the surrounding area has become a private house and a museum, so I want to make it small, so I have the impression. Even so, you can see the sea from the top, and you can see the terrain overlooking the surroundings.
I've been there many times, but I didn't know that there was the ruins of Aki Castle. It's a flat castle, not a mountain. The person in charge guided me. The glass was old and looked a little distorted and irresistibly nostalgic. There is a magnificent stone wall, and I imagined the momentum of the castle owner in the past.
