What travelers say:

Kinbane Castle is located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, on a long and narrow limestone headland, stretching out to the sea, about 5 kilometers from Ballycastle leading to Ballintoy. Kinbane means "white head" and refers to the white limestone standing on the small castle. Colla MacDonnell built a small two-story castle here in 1547, with a large courtyard with traces of other buildings. In 1551, during an expedition to McDonald’s enlistment, the castle was surrounded by British troops. In 1555, the British army besieged the castle again. The castle was partially destroyed by artillery and then rebuilt. But hundreds of years later, there was only a little architectural disability.
