Baoding Military Academy Memorial Hall

Baoding Military Academy is the first regular army academy in modern Chinese history. It is located on Dongfeng East Road, Baoding City, Hebei Province. From 1912 to 1923, Baoding Military Academy held nine sessions, with more than 6,000 graduates, many of whom later became instructors of the Whampoa Military Academy. Starting from the Beiyang Military Academy, Baoding has trained nearly 10,000 officers, of which more than 1,600 have obtained the title of general.
