Badaling Aviation Education Base Museum in Mancheng District, Baoding City, Hebei Province is located in Yangzhuang Village, Weinan Township, Mancheng District. It was founded in 2004 by Han Wenxuan, the first chief engineer of China Aviation Museum, the second director, and the rank of Air Force University. Known as "Chinese aircraft disassemble and transport master". After retirement, in his hometown of Mancheng District, Weinan Township Yangjiazhuang Village contracted barren mountains, built this base, free to the public, and obligated to explain aviation knowledge to tourists. In 2011, the Civil Aviation Museum was awarded the title of "National Defense Education Base" by the Hebei Provincial Government and the Provincial Military District, and became a national defense education and patriotic education base for local primary and secondary schools.

This attraction is located in Yangjiazhuang Village, Weinan Township, Mancheng District, Baoding City. Because it is a mountain road, most large trucks and curves, it is recommended to walk slowly. The parking location is 5 yuan from the right side below the attraction. As the founder of the base, Han Wenxuan, the old head, from the barren hillsides at the beginning to the dense mountains and forests today, and the patriotic education base that integrates aviation display, expansion training and flight experience, are all personally funded, self-reliance, and developed one by one. Since its establishment, the base has always been aimed at carrying out activities such as youth aviation science popularization, national defense knowledge and national defense education, patriotic education and revolutionary traditional education, and insists on putting social benefits first and opening up to the society free of charge. The Aircraft Open Air Exhibition Area features more than 10 aircraft of five types, including retired fighter jets, transport aircraft and passenger aircraft. There are also armored vehicles, anti-aircraft guns, small museums, cinemas. It is perfect for space enthusiasts and children.
