When I traveled to the Boso Peninsula by Tokyo Bay Ferry, I tried this adjacent facility after arriving at Kanaya. Because it was crowded on a sunny holiday, I went to the souvenir corner instead of using a restaurant where you can enjoy the view of Tokyo Bay. There were seafood, but I felt that there were many souvenirs from all over Chiba Prefecture. It's also good to buy it before boarding the ferry. Finally, I bought Baumkuchen from Minamitei and made it a snack in the car.
The parking lot is large and the restaurant can see the sea from the window. There are many types of menu and it is delicious. It's crowded at noon, so it's better to go early.

It has been recovered from the typhoon damage.
Be sure to stop by after sightseeing in Mt. Nogiri. There are many souvenirs. You can eat at the restaurant and there are sushi.
