A much improved drive now tarmac has been put down for the first part of the trail up to the Monastry. Although the dirt track for the remaining 4 km is more fun. Well posted and easy to get to. Wonde...

Georgian monastery of the 10th century, destroyed by earthquakes in 15-16 centuries. They are under the curtain of polycarbonate and behind the fence. The entrance is free, there is no one. The remnants of the walls and altar clock ... are well visible.
