The route further back of the route that is said to be not to go when renting a car. If you really want to go, you should go by bike or Jimny. It's paved, but it's a light car size and winding road width. I know there is a wonderful world ahead, but I decided to avoid troubles during my trip.
The church itself is a small and cute church. I am impressed that I built a church in such a hinterland. However, you have to go about a narrow road 2 kilometer until you go to this church, and an accident is likely to occur immediately when an oncoming car arrives. We went early in the morning on weekdays, so fortunately there was no oncoming car and it was safe. If you can go, please be prepared. If you don't collect church stamps, you don't have to go.
Anyway, it is about 4 ㎞ away from Prefectural Road 162, and the road width must be taken on the road where the car cannot be separated, and even if the oncoming car does not come well, I will never go again. Anyway, I think it's better to spend time around Dozaki Tenshudo ~ Mizunoura Church ~ Kusuhara Church.
It's a very impressive church, although it's not well known. I went on a narrow mountain road and arrived at the parking lot, but I didn't know if I could enter it, so I asked at the house next door with the words "Sato no Shio". The beautiful coast in front of the parking lot, the beautiful white and light blue interior that cannot be imagined from the exterior of the building. I was able to enjoy both the sea and the church, which are the purpose of my trip to Goto. The mountain road to go is a slightly wide area where you can separate on the way, but either will back. ...
From the main road, go to a side road for about 3km, and follow a narrow road that you can think about how to change the printing when an oncoming car comes. Then, there is a church surrounded by stone walls next to the beautiful coast that opens in front of you. Everything is said to have been built to eliminate damage from the waves. Please be careful of oncoming vehicles when you go out.

I would never recommend it to general tourists.

It's the most memorable church in the whole.

A church on the coast.
