⚠️Guilin Pitfall Guide
‼️Don't take the illegal taxis near the airport and stations.
‼️Don't trust various photo services in scenic areas, they charge money and are especially expensive.
‼️Don't easily trust the local women on the streets, they lack formal guarantees and are particularly deceitful.
💖It is recommended to plan a 4-5 day trip, as it's not easy to get out and about. Try to visit all the essential spots without rushing and take the time to relax properly.
After six years, the second night tour of the two rivers and four lakes, the overall feeling is not improved, for the re-visiting, the price is not high, the first time there is obviously the impulse to hope to re-visit, but this time there is no more...
There are some performances on the river, and the boat will rise and fall, and the fun is relatively strong. But the staff on the boat kept saying that the small photos don’t cost money. I sent them to everyone. I went to take them. I only knew that I had to spend 35 yuan to buy a big photo. I sent a small photo. The photos were printed out. I only bought it. I found that Guilin is like this in many places. The staff only emphasized that the small photos are sent at the beginning, and they are bound to the big photos without mentioning that the small photos are bound, and finally they will let you spend money to buy the big photos.
This is the standard for tourism to Guilin. The night tour is shining, and the boats on both sides of the Straits are changed. Especially the Osprey live performance is very interesting. The scenery of the Sun and Moon Twin Towers is especially beautiful.
The night tour is worth experiencing. The scenery is very beautiful. At this time, it is best to have a mobile phone that is good at taking night scenes. The little brother on the boat has been selling photos. I took a look. I really didn’t support him. The scenic spots are like this. It’s worth it for the sake of the scenery!
Night tours are more special than walking in the park during the day. Especially the boat passing by the Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and the Mulong Tower, will be more amazing. After the lights are on, the scenery is completely different from the daytime. There is a photographer from a travel company on the ship, and tourists will be organized to take pictures. If you want to take electronic photos, you need to buy extra. The tour guide will test some knowledge points on the ship and interact, and give a small gift. The link is more interesting.
Not bad, there is no mandatory shopping, just try not to come at noon, super hot 🥵
I feel that this is one of the basic must-choice trips for tourists. Trip.com booked tickets for 210/person. I bought the ticket on the same day. The customer service phone asked which time period (there were more than six o'clock and more than eight o'clock). I was afraid that I would choose the 8:10 boat if I didn't have time to eat. Wenchangqiao Pier, the pier is very close to Gate 1 of Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, just a few steps away. The cruise ship is very general, the scenery is OK, put on the narrator will explain all the way (many scenes need to listen to the explanation, otherwise you can't see what you can see), you can go to a few lakes to take pictures on the stern deck. The Sun and Moon Twin Towers will focus on stopping the boat for everyone to take pictures. There is a photographer on the boat. Everyone will take a photo with the twin towers. Before the end, one person will send a 1-inch photo (free for free), and a 8-inch photo will be washed for you to choose. If you want, 35. If you buy it, you can send you negatives (WeChat sent you), and you will not be reluctant to buy it. There is nothing good to return from the Lijiang River in the last half hour. The whole journey is about an hour and a half.
