九江修道院舊址

＂ Jiujiang Monastery (also known as ＂ The Academy of Philosophy ＂) is located at No. 1, South Liang Road, Xiangyang District, Jiujiang City, facing north and south. The flowers and trees here are supported and the environment is elegant. Since it was built in 1937, it has been basically intact. ＂ Jiujiang Monastery ＂ was designed by French priest Meng Faliang and built by priest Rowangda supervisors. The construction area is 3057.7 square meters, with a total of three floors. ＂ Jiujiang Monastery ＂ is the largest monastery in Jiangxi, and the General Catholic Convent of Jiangxi (founded in 1868 and closed in 1946), and is the highest institution responsible for the training of clergy in five parishes in Jiangxi Province. After the liberation of 1949, it was the office of the municipal government, and now it is the seat of the Catholic Love Congress in Jiujiang City.

Jiujiang Monastery was designed by French priest Meng Faliang, and Father Rowangda was built by the supervisor. It is the largest monastery in Jiangxi. It is brick and wood structure, blue brick and red tiles, flowers and trees, elegant environment, sitting north and south, exotic style!
