There was a temple called Yuzendo in the middle of the stairs from Yubatake in the hot spring town of Kusatsu to Kosenji Temple. Right next to it was a circular monument in the shape of the moon. This was the monument of Ichicha Kobayashi. On the round stone monument, a phrase sent to Kusatsu was engraved, "The appearance of the moon that cannot be smoulded by the hot water."
It was on the site of Kosenji Temple. It was a good opportunity to teach children Ichicha Kobayashi. After learning at school and when I visited Kusatsu Onsen again, I was excited to see how the children react.
