Independence Tower
It is an Independence Monument in Independence Square. It was built in 2001 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of independence. It is too high to see the details at the top. When I looked it up, it was a female statue holding a branch of a turtle, which symbolizes the roots of Ukrainian ethnic traditions.
