There was a replica of this earthenware in the JR Nagaoka Station and in the central separation zone of the road leading to Nagaoka Station. This earthenware is said to have been excavated at the Mataka ruins in the city. It is a rare shape.

There seems to be at least two at Nagaoka Station. One was on the Shinkansen premises of Nagaoka Station. When I got off the Shinkansen platform, it was in the middle of the doden and it was very conspicuous. The other is under the deck that runs from the station, along the road, and this is huge.

Jomon settlements are scattered on the terraces of the Shinano River, and many earthenware has been discovered, and many of them are Jomon fire and earthenware, which is a model.
