I got bad experience visit rejuv-a on my short trip to Batam on new year 2023. The therapist steal money from my wallet inside my sling bag. She pulled my sling bag to behind a bit when my head turned the other side and she did steal some notes from my wallet. The massage room got no cctv to proof of her stealing although the shop manager investigated her. This review is for whoever go there for massage to put your belongings for safety reason better use locker. Unlucky me, I didn’t know they have locker and the shop also never alert / suggest to us to use locker on the first place. Total I lost USD 200 and Britain £ 10 and some notes of Indonesian Rupiah. The shop manager Carven got helped me assist for investigation and offer me 50% discount for next visit, but i will never ever go there again. :(
