Interesting but only takes 30-60 minutes, a lot of money for what it is
It was interesting but not great for children (not a criticism more observation). However it is about £16 to get in if not NT member which I think is a lot for what it is.
Nice place to visit
It was a very interesting place telling the history of Beatrix Potter and how she wrote her stories. It has a nice garden restored to how it was during Beatrix potters time.
Amazing
We had a fantastic time here , but you need to book , It was well worth the visit , absolutely loved it and all the lovely trinkets inside , such a beautiful place .
Its charming, but small
We went in October so crowds were not a problem. Its a small space—limited parking, small house (she never lived here!) and small garden—but all well maintained and pure charm. If you appreciate Bea...
Disappointed Needed to Book
Disappointed. Wouldn't let us in didn't know we had to book in advance. This was at 3.15pm with spaces in the car park. Frustrating. We are National Trust members.
