Tongxing Public Post Office is located at No. 105 South Street, Pingyao Ancient City. It was founded in Qingxianfeng five years (1855) by Master Wang Zhengqing Wulin, who was famous in Pingyao Yangjing City and Weizhen. His son Wang Shumao has the true heritage and has the trend of blue. Therefore, Tongxing Public Post Office was founded as one of the famous Post Offices in the country at that time. Tongxing Public Post Office was established by Wang Zhengqing, Wang Zhengqing, the word Songyu, the number "noodle king", Pingyao Nanliangzhuang people. Born in Qing Jiaqing six years (1801 AD), I read 2 years of private school when I was young, but my family was poor, and I left my hometown at 16 years old. I went to a noodle restaurant in Beijing as an apprentice. At that time, there was no face rolling machine. Wang Zhengqing had to rub his elbows. At 36, he followed Zhu Wen to Henan to take office, nine years before and after, uniformed the horse and the thief countless, helping local governments solve the problem of public security. Daoguang 28 years (1848 AD), 47-year-old Wang Zhengqing bid farewell to the rivers and lakes, returned to Pingyao, and opened the "Tongxing Gong" post office the next year. Wang Zhengqing, along with Dai Longbang and Li Yanxiu, Wenshui, and called "North China Sanjie". The three have a business in the bureau, often communicating with each other, and sometimes their men will walk together. Shaolin Temple in Lushan, Henan, once carved a monument for Wang Zhengqing, and included Wulin history. His son Wang Shumao did his best to be true and blue, so Tongxing Public Post Office was founded as one of the famous Post Offices in the country at that time. It is said that in 1900, the eight-nation coalition army attacked Tianjin and entered Beijing. The queen of Cixi fled to Xi'an with Guangxu Emperor. The journey to the west was indispensable for eating and drinking. On the 9th of August, the second palace arrived in Pingyao. The inventory was 930,000 silver. Such a large number, no one dared to be the bodyguard of this imperial silver. Only the Wang family of Pingyao, Shanxi, dared to pick up, coincided with the chaos of the world, Wang's team all the way to the wind and dust, experienced twists and turns, day and night, only half a month to send the silver two to Xi'an, the score is no difference. This piece of money still hanging on the old site of the Wang family is the gift of the Empress Cixi after the completion of this imperial difference.
