Horrible experience with office staff, not facial
Facial was perfect, had several gift cards, asked office staff if I could consolidate, answer was yes, they took &120.00 away from me saying I used in January and last week, haven't been since Nov.20...
They don't listen to what you want
It's a higher end spa. I had a haircut, manicure and leg wax. Not worth what you pay. The manicurewas good, no problems there.
