I envy that such a public facility with such a remarkable design is conveniently located in the town. You can spend time feeling the breath of a consistent design, whether from the outside or inside. It is in front of Nishimachi on the city line to Minami Toyama. Even on the newly opened loop line, when you get off in front of Grand Plaza, you will rise across the pedestrian crossing.
