Worth the hike through sand.
Nice trail to the petroglyphs. In the opposite direction there's a few interconnected trails, one takes you through and old dam.
Wonderful short hike. It is like walking on the beach so be prepared.
Wonderful, fairly flat hike to see the petroglyphs in just under a mile. Convenient parking with restrooms.

Lovely desert scenery
Lovely park, but we were warned to beware of rattlers (Never saw any). Nice walking paths, but could use signage. We saw two coyotes.
