Museum of the Middle Ages

Very close to the castle, it is actually part of the castle itself. It is located in a tower in the castle. The tower may be a feature of the European castle, and the rounded shell can fight external blows. The inside can be lived or used as a warehouse. Today's towers are a reminder of the history of the town, and East and West are much the same.

This is a magnificent museum located on the hill of Carcassonne, with shops and restaurants next to it. It takes about forty minutes to walk from the train station, although there is bus service. The castle is illuminated at night and looks more spectacular than during the day. Access to the castle and the city is free, but museums within the castle are charged.
