Strolling Through Shell Beach: Stepping Into Hemingway's Summer Romance@Beach of La Concha
FlyingDom:“The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is an iconic masterpiece of modern architecture, designed by Frank Gehry. Its futuristic titanium-clad structure perfectly complements the avant-garde art collections inside. The museum features works by renowned contemporary artists and immersive installations. Outside, famous sculptures like Jeff Koons' Puppy add to its charm. A must-visit for art and architecture lovers.”
乖小咪:“This is a very beautiful beach in San Sebastian. The entire beach is very large and has soft sand. Many tourists come here to sunbathe or participate in water tours. It is very lively, so don't miss it.”
Hang.Hang:“San Juan de Gaztelugatxe is a mini island with a St. John's Church built in the 9th century. To get to the island from the mainland, you first need to cross a beautiful arch bridge and then climb the "S" path of 241 steps. Everyone who climbs to the church can ring the bell three times and make three wishes. There are two ways to the church, the shorter one is difficult to walk, and the longer one is an asphalt road. You can choose the short way down the mountain and the long way up the mountain.
This is also the filming location of "Game of Thrones (VII)", Dragonstone Island where Daenerys was born, it is beautiful enough.
Highly recommended!”
Opening hours: 10:00-18:30 (admission ends at 18:00)

The afternoon sun refracts into the room through the glass, allowing you to glimpse the world. Beyond the material world seen by the naked eye, there is pure light, colorless light, and light is the path projected into the three-dimensional world.
Sitting on the bench in the church, closing my eyes, listening to the sound from the sky, my heart is unusually calm.
In the world, occasionally, I feel a space beyond the material world. This transcendence is precious.”
Nachtisch:“A must-see attraction for a trip to Bilbao. The transport bridge, completed in 1893, is still running, connecting both sides of the River Nelvión. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, witnessing the industrial age of the 19th century. Visitors can walk or drive to the "cabin bridge" (fare 0.55 euros, fare 1.75 euros in June 2025).”

刘小心🇳🇿:“If you are looking for an island city that will allow you to escape the hustle and bustle for a short time, and with all the colors and stories, San Sebastian is worth a trip. As the capital of Gomela, it has the gentle and delicate Spanish town and the wild beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. When I first arrived here, I was shocked by the colorful mountain city buildings, and those orange, red, yellow and green houses were scattered on the hillside like a palette, and the blue sky and green mountains interwoven a dream picture. Walking along the coastline, the azure cliffs are blue clear bays, and in the distance is Tenerife's towering Ted volcano, cloudy and majestic. The town street is quiet and full of life, and the old lady who leads the spotted dog walk, the sun shines on the stone road, and the time seems to slow down. Highlights recommended: This is the last supply station before Columbus discovered the New World. The city has retained the "Columbus House" so far. The historical control cannot be missed; and those who love to take pictures will definitely be fascinated by the architectural color scheme and the beauty of the sea and sky. It is not lively and unflattering, but it is full of scenery and is a perfect demonstration of "slow down". If you like to explore the undisturbed niche Spain, come to San Sebastian.”
TheForkUser:“This establishment is truly amazing, and the chef's creations are both whimsical and delicious. Our sommelier was absolutely fantastic, and we got seated at the best table in the house, right in front of the wine cellar. I cannot say enough about how friendly and wonderful the service team were. Truly fantastic. We loved everything we tried on the pre fixe tasting menu, and the restaurant was very happy to accomodate our dietary restrictions (I am vegetarian and my husband does not eat red meat).”
TheForkUser:“Great meal, great ambiance, reasonable prices - what more could one want? Creative touches on traditional dishes, from succulent pigs trotter to fried monkfish, succulent asparagus and artichokes, and a soft, creamy "French toast" desert. Washed down with well-priced, well-chosen wines! Warm, friendly service, bistrot atmosphere. Basque at its best.”
TheForkUser:“We had a lovely meal at Casa Urola. The ambiance is cozy and elegant without being pretentious. The service was gracious and friendly, and the food was excellent (we chose the lobster salad, the foie gras, the steak tartare and the spider crab donostia/style). The amuse buche was a delicious leek purée with smoked idazabal cheese. A perfect evening in San Sebastián!”
TheForkUser:“We visited this restaurant earlier evening so it was quiet. The welcome was friendly and after a drink we were shown to our table in the very cute dining room. The man who waited on us was very friendly and helpful assisting us with the menu.. The food was very well presented and cooked perfectly and very tasty. We had a very positive experience here and would recommend.”
TheForkUser:“We went for a family celebration and the place is incredible. There weren't many starters to share between the 11 of us there, but what we got was delicious. The main course and dessert were also very good. I appreciate the detail they had, they brought us an appetizer at the beginning and before the dessert a mojito sorbet, when they realized that 3 of the kids were adults, they quickly brought us three more sorbets. The service was exceptional at all times.”
TheForkUser:“Wonderful food. Belotta ham, Cod & Hake were outstanding ! The cheesecake was heavenly ????Friendly & efficient service & our little dog ???? was made welcome . We'll be back soon.”
TheForkUser:“The setting is beautiful with a Mountain View. The restaurant itself has a charming interior. We had tbe 9 course vegetarian menu for one and the a regular 9 course menu too. All the food was prepared and seasoned to perfection. The staff were very friendly and informative and a each course arrived at a good pace.”
TheForkUser:“high quality food, warming and gentle staffs and romántic ambiente in a quite area out of crowded San Sebastián city. Highly recommended. Super codfish tortilla and good wine selection”
TheForkUser:“Service was on spot. Food was very creative, nicely presented and most dishes were a 10 for us (delicious). Wine pairing could improve a little bit.”
TheForkUser:“The name Gastrobar is a little misleading because it is quite a large restaurant in a hotel. But the food and service was excellent. Very enjoyable evening.”
TheForkUser:“The couple that runs this restaurant is great. The cuisine, the presentation, their attitude! Everything was so good! They deserve a Michelin star!!!”
