So we went to Digby for whale watching recently! 🐋 Honestly, booking a place during peak season was such a headache, but we luckily found this old guesthouse and it turned out to be so good.
The house looks quite old from the outside but inside it’s super clean and well-kept. It has 5 bedrooms and a really nice kitchen. Since we had a big group, we just bought some groceries and cooked dinner together. It actually saved us quite a bit of money and was super fun! Felt like we were living in a big family home.
I actually woke up early on the second day (very rare for me lol) and walked around the yard. The morning air was so fresh and misty, with wild flowers and apple trees everywhere. And guess what? Two cute neighbor's cats—one black and one white—just strolled over and started cuddling my legs! 🐱 They were so friendly and not shy at all.
Our schedule was pretty chill: we did the whale watching, visited a local winery, and the rest of the time we just relaxed. It was so nice to not rush around for once.
Honestly, you don't need a luxury hotel to have a good trip. This cozy old house and the cute morning cats made my Digby trip so memorable. Definitely a 10/10 vibe! ✨
