M96***28:“I went there for the second time. The first time was in 2018. There were still a lot of Chinese signs at the entrance, and the uphill road was still so steep. Rising Sun was still alive, although there were not many hairs. Everything was good.”
Open today at 10:15-17:15 (admission ends at 15:15)
thewazztraveller:“Highly recommended to visitors who are arriving in Christchurch looking for a unique adventure! Though a 1.5hrs drive away - the journey out at sea is worth your time. Was fortunate enough to spot 4 dolphins and the Captain also brought us near enough to the rocky edges to catch a glimpse of the seals up close! Oh and also special shout out our friendly Dolphin Dog Albie on board for being the sweetest fur baby :)”
Alex_Nemo:“You can take the boat in Akaroa town without booking in advance. There are many ticket offices in the town. The yacht is not big, but it has complete facilities. The captain is also the guide, and the staff is very friendly. I saw the children and applied sunscreen. When the children were splashed by the sea water, they immediately wiped their faces and clothes with a towel. The weather was very good that day, and many dolphins swam and jumped with the yacht. It was indeed a good travel experience.”

Chocolate CHU:“Wandering around the city center of Christchurch, it's comfortable because there aren't many people there and you can enjoy life slowly. The temperature is around 8 degrees, 10 minutes comfortable”
Flora_Gu:“Christchurch, the largest city on New Zealand's South Island, nestled between mountains and the sea, offers panoramic views of the city and coastline from the cable car. We followed the directions a friend had sent us and arrived near the summit. A short climb up brought us to the cable car station. There's an observation deck and a cafe on the second floor. This way, we only had to buy a one-way ticket down the mountain, which was significantly cheaper. A Chinese staff member at the ticket office told us about a "Time Tunnel" car showcasing the history of Canterbury, New Zealand. If you take the No. 8 bus to the base of the mountain, you can take the cable car up and then back down—perhaps a classic way to enjoy the experience.”
iQOO🐮:“Christchurch Botanical Garden is a fascinating place! Entering the garden, it seems to be in a green fairy tale world. In the rose garden, more than 250 roses bloom, colorful and aromatic. Walking on the trail, you can see the Avon River flowing quietly, and there are light boats rowing across the river from time to time. There are also various theme gardens in the park, such as vanilla garden and Shiqi garden, each with a unique scenery. This is not only a paradise for plants, but also a good place to relax and let people linger.”
小象妈妈22:“Rafting on the Avon River in New Zealand is an unforgettable experience! The boatman is enthusiastic and professional, explaining the history of the coast in a humorous way, and his eyes are shining with love for this job. Amid the rippling blue waves, accompanied by mandarin ducks and flocks of birds, and the sun shining on the river, it feels like being in a fairy tale world. Five-star recommendation for this warm water trip!”
Anonymous user:“I think this place is quite fun. It's right next to the airport parking lot. I stopped by before returning my car to Christchurch Airport and enjoyed free parking. The tickets I bought on Ctrip were very convenient to show directly. The entire tour lasted about two hours. I rode a polar car, experienced an Antarctic storm, watched a 4D movie, and saw penguins and sled dogs.”
旅の径:“The retro tram is a beautiful landscape in Christchurch.
The 2.6-kilometer journey and the ticket price of NZD 25 go around the city center and connect the main attractions. You can take unlimited rides at 17 stations in one day.
During the slow journey, accompanied by the sound of "ding-dong-dong", listening to the explanation of the driver, and looking at the beautiful scenery along the street, you will arrive at the next attraction unknowingly. It is really economical, pleasant and interesting.”
Flora_Gu:“The Cardboard Cathedral was built as a temporary structure after the 2011 Christchurch earthquake, using cardboard, wood, steel, and polycarbonate. Its design is simple, environmentally friendly, and beautiful. Sunlight streams in through the stained glass windows and the cracks between the cardboard tubes, creating a warm and tranquil atmosphere. The elderly staff member was very kind. Upon learning we were from China, he gave us some Chinese promotional materials. My child asked me for a few coins, put them in the donation box, and lit a candle to remember the deceased and pray for peace.”
