About Fuxin: Situated in western Liaoning province, Fuxin has a hilly landscape. It is one of China's most important energy producing regions. Fuxin has a long history that dates back to the Neolithic era — the region is home to the 8000 year-old Chahai Ruins. There are also a number of sacred Buddhist sites, including the ancient Ruiying Temple. Fuxin is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, featuring attractions such as Haitang Mountain and Guanshan Scenic Area.
