The Southern Women's Museum is one of the more distinctive museums in Ho Chi Minh City, introducing the changes in the living customs and social status of women throughout the history of Vietnam. One part shows the evolution of women's clothing over thousands of years, including clothes for daily life and dresses for important occasions, etc. The other part introduces the great achievements of Vietnamese women in the war against French colonists and American invaders. Photos of the heroines and the items they used, as well as actual written data on them.
