Sanbaoshan means "China Mountain". It is a small hill on the outskirts of Malacca. Although the mountain is not high, the terrain is beautiful and the peaks are rolling, covering an area of 160 hectares. Sanbaoshan is a testimony of the Chinese people taking root and reclaiming their land for hundreds of years, and it is also a symbol of the harmonious coexistence and friendship between China and Malaysia. It was originally named "Sanbao Mountain" because Zheng He, the eunuch of Sanbao in Ming Dynasty, was stationed here when he visited Malacca in 1406 and often walked on the mountain.
