Baima Longtan Temple is located at the foot of Lion Mountain at the southern end of Lijiang ancient city. It was built in the nineteenth year of Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty. It is backed by Lion Mountain and echoes with the ancient buildings on the mountain. There is a pool of Qingquan in front of the temple, the famous lion Ruquan, also known as Baima Longtan. Outside the temple, there are three pools made of bluestone. The pool water is injected into three pools in turn, which are three wells.
