Furong Mountain is a famous historical and cultural mountain in Shaoguan. Historical records record that in the Western Han Dynasty 2,100 years ago, Taoists practiced Taoism and alchemy here. In the Tang Dynasty, monks built temples here. It is a holy place for Taoism and Buddhism. Furong Mountain is also rich in mineral resources. It once had a glorious history of coal and limestone mining, and there are still a lot of mining relics on the mountain. The park takes the theme sculpture square scenic spot, garden sketch scenic spot, mine park museum as the main scenic spots, in addition to the Rongshan ancient temple, the weather station, the viewing platform, the wooden furong garden, the magnolia garden, the furong fairy cave, and the furong lake.
