Hatton Villas

This was a family outing we had on the 06th of October, 2024. We went for lunch, there was an option of taking the Ala-carte, any choice our kind, or a buffet, We went for the buffet. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The location is convenient, with ample parking, with spacious dining areas. One thing that we noticed was that the staff are noisy , no discipline, as customers we need peace of mind when we are out with our families. The waiters are crowded at the cashier, which is not a pleasant sight for the hotel. There was no water in toilets which was a disaster. When inquired they said that they were filling the tanks. They should be well prepared ahead, before they start their business for the day. They need to look up to these little things. Overall its a good place for an outing. Very beautiful place. Very clean. It’s not a hotel but a very nice place to stay. Very clean place. Tasty food. If you want to spend some quiet time away from the hazel of the cities this is the place. The caretaker anjana is a wonderful person. He will make you feel at home. The rest of the staff very supportive. I recommend this place to anyone who would like a tranquil holiday.
