The room was very spacious and clean, with Ascott-level service and great value for money. It's close to the Swan Lake business district and Hefei Stadium, so finding food is never an issue. You can even see the In77 cheering from the room! After a concert, if you can't get a taxi, it's an easy walk back to the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts in Hefei!

The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is very convenient to go downstairs for meals. The hygienic condition is worrying. There are traces of spit on the edge of the bed. The bedding on the bed feels damp and very uncomfortable. The room smelled like toilet and had an unexplainable smell. It is recommended to expose the bedding to the sun. The surrounding environment is very good. The forehead service at the front desk is very good. There is a charge for bottled water.

The room layout is great, it's exactly the style I wanted, it's really great. The spacious space allows residents to move freely without feeling cramped. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the busy traffic and flashing neon lights outside the window, as if you are in the embrace of the city. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Hefei this time. The environment was great, the location was excellent, and it was a beautifully decorated apartment developed by Sunac Real Estate. The design was superb, and my friend was very happy with it. It was a memorable trip, and the hotel definitely made a big difference.

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

The room is still very big, there is a big window, ventilation is better Health is also very good, it is very convenient to order takeaway. It is the tail room. There is a little want to ventilate and avoid light. You can choose a window opposite the mall. The window can be attached to a layer of anti-peep film.

The description of the parking lot was unclear, and the customer was not reminded of the parking lot on the ground, resulting in the customer mistakenly entering other commercial underground parking lots and paying three times the parking fee of 60 yuan. The customer asked and gave suggestions, but the landlord’s attitude was extremely bad, all kinds of shirking, and extremely unempathy. Going out for a long time, the first time I gave a bad review, I was speechless. The application was checked out at two o'clock in the afternoon. The password was invalid without the time. The customer called to ask, and explained that it was the problem of the password lock. Excuse me, where is the landlord's service? Bad attitude! ! ! !

The environment is OK, I hope that the hot water on the second floor can be hot faster next time, and there will be less fleas.

Very beautiful, spacious room, awesome view from 4th floor, very helpful staff for getting taxi from and back to the train station and for planning my itinerary on the mountain and suggesting alternative destinations for bad weather. 房间非常漂亮、宽敞，从四楼望出去景色非常棒，工作人员非常乐于助人，帮助我从火车站往返拼车，为我规划山上的行程，并在天气不好的时候为我建议其他目的地。
