Almost perfect - cleanliness of room cannot be faulted, though you have to turn on the electronic 'Make my room' light before housekeeping would make up the room. Water was provided in the common area for you to refill your bottles (we stan a green hotel). Hotel is also walking distance to the SOAS Mosque, BSB waterfront, and the Hua Ho department store (which has a big supermarket and a decent food court at its basement). Hotel also provided shuttle service for free from and to the airport - contact the hotel before your arrival to BSB to arrange - and free shuttle to various tourist spots in BSB though please note that these have to be arranged in advance as there are limited vans and drivers. If other guests have beat you to it, you either conform to their departure time and itinerary or arrange your own transport. Again, advance planning would be key. Breakfast provided was decent, though a little carbon heavy with the only protein offered being eggs (cooked a la minute in style of your choice). Would recommend taking breakfast as there aren't decent options around unless you make the 15 min walk to the city centre. All in all, a good stay. Could have been better if they arranged the shuttle service on a fixed schedule and route so it doesn't become a matter of who pulls the trigger first.

The hotel location is strategic. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Airport transfer, and shuttle van to the strategic location is the most satisfied service that this hotel provided.

No fuss hotel which provides free shuttle services to close locations, including the airport of course. Hotel also situated to alot of tourist attractions so it is walkable too. Nice view from the room is a plus

The room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Their shuttle service was extremely convenient during our stay. Breakfast was OK. Location is also very convenient, you can already visit a lot of things by foot.

I think the price and service are good, because Brunei is not a cheap country. Free breakfast is provided, and minibuses are provided to the city and mosques worth visiting. Only the room does not have slippers, which may be the reason why people all over the country wear slippers when going out.

Free pick-up and drop-off service. Even if the flight is delayed, you are still very polite. There is also a free sightseeing shuttle bus. Very friendly reception staff. The breakfast is also good. There are freshly cooked meals. If you travel to Brunei again, this hotel will definitely be your first choice.

The hotel provides free airport shuttles and scheduled connections to major attractions, which is very helpful for Brunei's inconvenient public transportation. Although the location of the hotel is a bit quiet, it is only a ten-minute walk to the city center. The room and breakfast are simple and basic, and the hygiene is acceptable.
