The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Nha Trang is a lovely beach town a short plane trip from Ho Chi Minh City. If you are in Vietnam, you should take the opportunity to visit. There are a series of islands off the coast that are normally quite easy to visit via a very clever cable car system that connect everything. BUT - the cable system is NOT CURRENTLY OPERATING. So staying on one of the islands is not as attractive. Stay on the mainland! We enjoyed our stay at this location, for its easy access to everything on the mainland. The front desk team was professional. Young lady Thao and the location was ideal, right in the middle of the city on the main road along the beach. Very easy to get around. The pool has a nice view for catching the sunset or sunrise. Wish I could go back!!!

We booked a deluxe suite with sea view room and when we arrived we were shoved into a side sea-view family room. After reaching out to staff about their mistake, we were told there were no rooms available for what we paid for and as we had already paid we could not get a refund. the staff were extremely unhelpful. it took over 3hrs to try and sort this issue and we were unhappy with the result (only £3 refunded to us and no room change until the next day). This room was infested with bugs, including cockroaches. it was FILTHY. The next day when we were able to move rooms, i messaged the whatsapp number saying we were out and would return within 15 minutes. when we returned back to our room the door was wide open with 2 cleaners in there changing the beds and someone else’s suitcase!!!! they had moved all of our belongings into a corner, and we even lost paperwork that we needed due to this. we were then rushed out of this room and given another key card, we weren’t even shown to the room or told what floor it was on. no one helped us move even though they said they would. after finding our new room, we were very disappointed again. it was the room next door to our old one but on a different floor which meant we still did not have the full sea view we paid for. this time, this room did not even have any furniture on the balcony, it was extremely narrow with no seats able to fit on. This room was also filthy, with used tissues and hair on the floor. We asked for a safety deposit box as there was not one in the room. we had to ask 3 times before we got one, and even then we were not shown how to use it. it was only a box, not attached to anything, so it didn’t feel safe at all. We reached out to *********** customer service as we were not happy with the property and their communication. *********** informed us that they reached out to the property themselves and never got a reply from Panorama - if this does not show the lack of care, what does. all the above ruined our stay in Nha Trang, do not bother staying here unless you want rude staff and filthy rooms.

I booked a twin room sea view for myself and my son and we were very pleased, the room was new, big, nicely appointed, super bathroom, and stunning view. Jenny was extremely helpful allowing us a very early check in on the day we arrived and arranging a very good transfer to the airport at below taxi prices when we left. She was always around to be of assistance. It was fantastic value for money. If you want to be critical the present pool and pool facilities are way too small but we were told a roof pool and facility is being built, I assume Covid delayed it. It is a condotel as opposed to a hotel so don't expect 5 star concierge but it was not a problem for us. Great location.

Without a dout that this is one of the best hotel that i stayed at during my times in Vietnam. The staffs there welcom our group with great hospitality and a warth smile. The room is clean and the asmostphere of the hotel really gave me the scent of home and comfort. Each time we returned back to our room from a long day of exploring Nha Trang, the room will gave us everything we need to relief our pain and discomforts.

Perfect experience. This iconic service residence is located right in the center of Tran Phu beach road. While the overall environment was nice and ambient, I was lucky to have one of the most gorgeous ocean views of the entire property. The housekeeping team was super helpful and attentive to details. The setup was truly five starred with luxury amenities and efficient laundry service. I was amazed by the team’s professionalism and how they take care of customer’s request. The staff was polite and always try to make me feel like home. In fact, I got everything I want in less than five minutes. The front desk team team also cared to my teeth, trying to make sure my late check-in was smooth and fast. I was so thankful to the team at Costa and will definitely come back. Strongly recommend to all my friends and family.

The room didn’t look like the picture on the website. Receptionists don’t talk English, if you ask some questions they will say: “go on google and find it” . The only info that they gave us was wrong so we had to walk 2 km more under the sun.

The room is very good, but it's familiar with Ctrip. Regular customers are getting more and more expensive! Much more expensive than customers who don't book a hotel once a year

A lot of tourists, a hotel with a large capacity. Not bad, but not good either.
