The room was quite ordinary and simple, without anything particularly special or luxurious. However, it was clean and generally well maintained, which made the stay comfortable enough. The bed was fine, and the basic amenities provided were sufficient for our needs.
Housekeeping did a decent job, and overall cleanliness was acceptable throughout the stay. While the room design and facilities were fairly basic, it served its purpose well, especially for resting after a long day outside.
Overall, it was a reasonably comfortable stay. Nothing impressive, but nothing to complain about either. The cleanliness was the main positive point, and the room met our expectations for a standard stay.
I stayed here for 5 days, and there was no replacement of toilet tissue and towels until I contacted the WhatsApp service agent. The location is great, but there were no coffee capsules, instant coffee, or tea bags available, despite having a coffee machine and a kettle as typically provided in an apartment. When I requested the crooked toilet lid to be fixed, I had to wait until the last day (4 days in total) with no resolution, which posed a safety risk. Overall, the price is not cheap, and the service is mediocre.
Unlike a four-star hotel, the three-star hotels are barely priced. There is no separate lobby in the entrance, the breakfast area is a small table, there is a damp smell in the bathroom, there is no central air conditioning, only small indoor air conditioning. Even the first air conditioner could not be used on the first night. There was no remote control, it was a power failure, and it was repaired the next day. Ctrip later coordinated my appeal. If there are certain requirements for quality, it is recommended not to order this so-called ”four-star” hotel, because it is really not a four-star, basically the standard of the guest house.
For our check in, we didn't see the room number. It takes 30mins to confirm if it was the right room since no signage. But when we enter the room, it was nice and clean. Also the place was so quiet and the kitchen have complete amenities. My only suggestion is that they can also provide slippers since we did not wear any. We also forgot to bring one. But over all, our stay was very good and we can also recommend it to our friends.
It's a great location in the heart of the city. Breakfast is decent. It's close to the city center, so outside restaurants are convenient. The facilities aren't particularly new, but they're clean. The rooms are very spacious.
I couldn't find it at the beginning, I needed to call, and then I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. The service attitude is very good. It's just not suitable for continuous living. Because it is not a hotel, you can find a better one at this price
I really enjoyed living there for a week. If you are wondering whether you should buy it or not i would strongly suggest you do. Everything is so close you can walk to all the attractions within 20 minutes. NewYork cafe is really really close. Only thing you need a bus is the fishermans castle.
The customer service is quick as well.
Great location in the heart of the Jewish Quarter – we had no problem walking from the Astoria bus stop to our room at night and checking in quickly and contactlessly. We stayed for six nights at the end of January, with temperatures ranging from 0 to 7 degrees Celsius outside and 24 degrees Celsius in the room. It's spacious, and the kitchen is convenient for cooking, though there's nothing but dishes and appliances (you have to buy your own tea, coffee, salt, sugar, and oil, and there are no stores open after midnight nearby, especially on weekends). There was no housekeeping service the entire time, but we didn't ask for it; we only came to the room in the evenings.
Location is perfect, close to everything, lots of restaurants around, close to all main attractions, bus stops and train stations just cross the street. And the room is very spacious. The only thing is the check-in. The instructions was not very clear, had to take some time to sort it out.

RRyan SchockThis was an excellent apartment! It had everything we needed- washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc. The balcony on the 2nd floor was great, good view of the moon. Had 2 big beds and 1 small sofa bed. The service was good, had someone to show you the apartment and answer questions. The TV had TONS of good channels- kids channels, news channels, history, etc. in several languages. I was very impressed with this place!

JJake.ColeiroAmazing property, always stay here when I am in Budapest. Rooms are well designed and spacious. And housekeeping is very clean and attention to detail. Staff are always lovely and willing to assist with any request. Great location, walking distance to all Budapest top attractions.
Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserSandor is such a great and helpful host! The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus!
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.
JJiangshanAFirst off, the hotel navigation was wrong. Luckily, a local helped me call the hotel, and they told me it wasn't the right place and was actually a few hundred meters away. Turns out there are so many hotels with this name! The front desk staff was nice; they let me check in early. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, quite spacious, and had everything I needed. However, the shower water was terrible – it kept switching from cold to hot, making it impossible to shower properly.

DDr. NourI stayed at King Apartment in Budapest and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, but the apartment itself felt quite old and in need of renovation. The furniture and fixtures were dated, and the overall condition didn’t match the photos or expectations. The air conditioning was just average—barely enough during the warmer days. I initially raised my concerns with the host, and they mentioned possibly finding me another unit, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Communication could definitely be improved. With some updates and better follow-through, this place could offer a much more comfortable stay.
MMeliorateI had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The apartment was tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. I appreciated the attention to detail and comfort throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.
