Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Ali was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Great location too — close to restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended!

We really liked it, would stay again. There were some dirty stains on the carpet and the floor tiles in the bathroom were moving, but it didn't detract from our pleasant and cozy feeling. I believe these things will be fixed. Very convenient location. No city noise. Everything is safe and friendly.

Room is spacious. Was given a room on the 1st floor facing the main road. Due to sound proof is bad, very noisy from vehicles and got woken up as early as 5am, such as rubbish truck collecting rubbish, delivery truck unloading goods for street market across the road and others.

The location is convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, and the subway is also conveniently located on foot 5. Meet the staff at the designated address and guide you to the room. It is hard to have a lot of rooms without elevators and luggage and suitcases. It's like an apartment with a minimum of furniture in an empty house. If you are used to luxury apartments and hotels, you may be a little surprised. The staff was kind and friendly and I was satisfied with everything.

Stayed here for 4 days as a solo traveler. The apartment was good — clean and practical for a short stay right in Downtown London. Biggest plus: the location. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around, so breakfast and dining options are no problem. Good for a short city trip if you don’t need luxury, just convenience.

The location is great, very convenient for transportation, and there are supermarkets nearby that meet basic needs. It's quiet and safe at night. The room is cleaned once every seven days. You'll need to go to the front desk yourself to replace towels and other items, including trash bags. Basic toiletries like slippers are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. The bathroom is very small. One thing to note: I emphasized wanting a lower floor when booking because I had a lot of luggage, but I was still assigned to the third floor. The stairs are narrow, and there were empty rooms on the ground and first floors.

Very noisy main road all day all night with what sounds like motocycle racing past midnight. Couldn't sleep. Pillows covers are clean but pillows themselves need to be washed as they smell bad. Caught a cough from them. Washing machines detergent compartments need to be cleaned as there's mould. Would be good place to stay except for these issues.

LLeoYuan第二次入住,第一次住的兩室一廳,此次是一室一廳,感覺比上次還寬敞些。就是臨退房才找到暖氣開關,又忘記關窗了,小凍了一晚。

TTravellingcI stayed in Templeton place for three nights and the room was equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, TV…etc. The room was spacious too. However, especially for solo travellers, please beware of some possible surprising scenario - I encountered a shocking incident when I was having a shower with the bathroom door slightly open. It was around 6~7pm at night. I heard someone keep saying ‘hello’ outside my room but not any alarm, so I turned off the water and clarify. Before I could answer, someone came in, and I saw a man through the mirror (I am a woman). I believe he saw me in the mirror too, then he closed the door and left. I was so shocked to respond. After a while, I called the reception to check what happened. He said that the fire alarm of my room kept ringing, so he came and check what happened. He also said he knocked my door for a few times and no one answered, so he has to make sure I am safe in the room so he unlock the door and came in. He was glad that I am safe but did not mention about causing the embarrassment or inconvenience. I understand that it is the hotel's protocol to make sure guests' safety, and I appreciate their vigilance. But i also suspect that it was not the first time the fire alarm rings, in that occasion, or at some other embarrassing moments. If the shower mist could cause the fire alarm to ring so easily, I believe they could do better by reminding the guests to close the door tightly during shower to avoid triggering the alarm. Moreover, it was very inappropriate that a man entered a woman’s room so easily. It would have been more considerate to send a female staff, or same sex, under those circumstances, to especially female, solo traveller’s rooms, so to eliminate the embarrassment and discomfort to the guest. While I understand that safety comes first and this might be a special incident, I think they could do better by giving reminders to guests about this kind of possible situations. As a single lady travelling on my own, I was shocked the whole night and didn't feel safe to sleep as i realised that the door could be opened so easily but anyone. I wasn’t inclined to feedback or clarify in person as I was alone. I hope they will improve in this area to ensure no such situation will happen again. So please be very aware if you are travelling alone as always. Apart from that, the staff had been helpful during my stay.

JJahid Hasan 32Irecently stayed at Axiom Park Hotel in Battersea. The location was excellent—just steps from a bus stop and near Battersea Park, which made getting around London easy. My studio apartment was spacious by London standards, clean and equipped with a kitchenette, a comfy Select Comfort bed, and fast Wi‑Fi. I appreciated the helpful 24‑hour reception staff and daily housekeeping. Noise could be an issue if your window is open, and I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the decor. The deposit process was also a bit slow to refund. That said, for the price, this hotel offered great value. I’d recommend it to those wanting practical and affordable lodging in London.

GGuest UserBlue Orchid has always been a very cost-effective apartment brand. I have stayed in several of them. The one-bedroom apartment I booked this time was a bit cramped, especially the bathroom, which was too small. This was a bit unexpected. I stayed there for three days and it was hardly cleaned (the tower suite next door has cleaning service). The experience was not as good as the previous two times.

KKcjR21I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers. **Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated. **Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. **Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay: - **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!). - **Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi** that worked seamlessly throughout the property. - A laundry room for your washing needs. - Friendly staff who were always ready to assist. **Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The staff were genuinely warm and professional. **Final Thoughts** outstanding value for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in London with the perks of a central hub, this is the place. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! *Pro tip: Don’t miss the free coffee—it’s a great way to start your day before heading out to explore!*

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience staying at Starnest Shepherd’s Bush. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication from the team was fast, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the high-speed WiFi was perfect for both work and entertainment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the small touches—like quality linens, blackout curtains, and complimentary toiletries—that really enhanced my comfort. One of the highlights was the location. Just a short walk to Shepherd’s Bush Station, Westfield shopping centre, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local shops, it was perfectly situated for both exploring London and handling day-to-day errands. Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, ideal for rest after a long day. The building itself was modern and secure, with excellent amenities including laundry facilities and a reliable lift—especially helpful when carrying luggage. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you're in London for business or leisure, I highly recommend Starnest Shepherd’s Bush for its exceptional service, comfort, and unbeatable location. I’ll definitely be returning!

DDariuszThe location is excellent but the flat we had needs some refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn’t be closed properly, cupboard doors were loose, the microwave handle was also broken. The most importantly it was really tiny compared to the impression we’ve got from the photos posted on the internet.
