Overall the experience is amazing. Location is so strategic, which is walking distance to Kuta Beach were good to catch for sunset and surfing. The residence is attached with the shopping mall, souvenir shop and neighbourhood with mostly 5 star hotel. When arriving, the staff (Titan) assist us smoothly and overall staff alsways with smile and helpful. I booked the biggest residence at the highest floor with 3 room and it very spacious, good view, clean, tidy, elegant, quiet and comfortable. Only use access card for the lift and to enter the residence they will provide you a door password and this is so convinent as we no need to bring they key with us. Facilities is fastatic were can watch neflix with projector and the sound bar for living room, and main 2 room also got netflix and own televison. There is washing machine and dryer, cooking stuff, water dispenser, coffee maker, iron and iron board, etc The wash room use bidet style and total is 3+1 with big rain shower all come with the good smell and organic range of Shampoo, body wash etc. The balcony also very spacious and can get view of Mount Agung. Also can play some uno card, lego, and chess aslo. Can see all the good and high quality brand been using for facilities from from furniture, electrical appliances, bedding stuff etc. We also tried their gym and swimming pool even the size is not that big but it just nice. Definately the summary of experience during my stay is just amazing. Thank you Beachwalk Residence for the great memories.

We really liked everything 🥰 We lived on the first floor in a room with a kitchen. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils of good quality. The only thing was there was no kettle. But we didn’t ask, maybe they would have given it to us. Everything else is there. A special plus for the water in a 19 liter bottle, which stands on a special stand with a tap and is convenient to pour. The room is well cooled and is covered with vines from the rooms opposite. The room is quite clean and comfortable. The water is heated by a cooler. The staff is responsive, you can write to them on WhatsApp if something happens. There is a rabbit cafe right next to the hotel - very tasty and beautiful, I recommend it)

It’s really close to the beach, cleaning service was included so if I wanted to clean my room everyday they would clean it. Everything is at walking distance restaurants, shops, pharmacy, little grocery stores. A bit annoying was the noise of construction. There’s another hotel been built literally besides so impossible to not hear it.

The room is huge! The guy is very nice. He was willing to let us into the room to use the air conditioner and use the toilet after we checked out. The environment is great! It is also very quiet. There are a lot of restaurants around, and it is not far from Finns! Highly recommended

We went directly from the airport to the hotel and checked in. It's normal for there to be geckos in overseas hotels, but there were no bugs at all in this villa, it was cleaned every morning and everywhere was really clean. The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable. It was such a luxurious time that it was too good for just the two of us. The pool lights were on until 9pm. There was no noise from the neighborhood, and I'd definitely stay here again.

The receptionist Treatment towards me is very inferior in character hardly communicates. Also the wifi of her male colleague I got on a very bad service so I have to go downstairs again to ask. For the rest the location is good. It is a good hotel only the service ne almost to inferior maybe after origin or what the person stands for that is the impression I get from her and her male colleague and also the people in the in the hotel the hotel is good nice neat, but the people are not neat in character

Single-family villa, private pool, high-rise living room, open kitchen, comfortable spring bed and beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. Very suitable for staying in Changgu for 3 days and 2 nights and close to the lively business district, also close to the very red The Finns Club

The bed is comfortable and large. The aircon is strong. Toilet is clean and water pressure is strong. Water temperature is hot and comfortable. The accommodation is quiet and restful for a good night sleep. There is no lift so those with a lot of bags might wanna just make sure they can carry up the stairs.
