The washing machine is free to use, not allowed after 11 o'clock, and the hair dryer is also. I stayed for 9 days. At that time, it was already hot and there were big mosquitoes. Because the door of our room opened before the person who would hit the corridor, the boss changed the curtain, resulting in no sound insulation and mosquitoes flying inside. Later, I was reported that the boss changed a door and the accommodation experience was much better. The more difficult thing is that the central air-conditioning temperature is always not in the comfort zone, either too cold or too hot, the boss is very good and has been communicating with us about the temperature, but until I go, the air conditioner is still too cold during the day and too hot at night. I think it's best for the guests to turn on the small air conditioner directly in the room. The bed in this hostel seems to be relatively large, but there is no shelf inside the bed. The general wooden youth hostel bed will have a shelf. It feels more convenient to have a shelf for debris. I deduct half a star for the facilities because the place where the clothes are dried on the second floor outside the window will be rained, and the space is small, and the clothes must be folded to dry, otherwise they will touch the pole below. The boss opened the drying room in the rainy days. At the end of the place where the boys lived on the first floor, I wanted to use it, but I felt a bit stinky when I went in, and many boys’ clothes felt a bit embarrassed in it. There was no drying room. There are some details, because I will bring my own daily consumables and I don't care, but I feel that some passengers will care more about the problem. In addition to laundry detergent, there are no free paper towels, shower gel, shampoo. Then some passengers may not know that there is a sale on the shelf downstairs. Probably this, Qingdao is very fun, I went to the Navy Museum twice, the Navy Cubs are super invincible and cute, you must make an appointment in advance to the Navy Museum if you have time!

The hostel is not in the city centre. If you don’t like to walk it can be quite long to get into the city centre but there are many solutions around like the bus and the bike so I think the location is good. Plenty restaurant around ! The room is very clean, the bed are very confortable I slept very well in it. The staff is really nice and ready to help you anytime ! I would definitely recommend it ^^

Disposable bath towels and slippers will be prepared for you when you check in. There are also water dispensers, vending machines, coffee, tea bags, and refrigerators on the first floor. There are toilets on the first and second floors. There are 3 squat toilets and 3 showers on the second floor. They are separated into dry and wet areas. I haven't been to the first floor so I don't know. As for the room, I chose a two-person room at first, but later changed it to a four-person room. The four-person room is much larger than the two-person room. Some rooms have windows. You can check on the software. It is better to have windows. In the morning, I can't do anything and can't see anything. One day when I woke up early, I saw that other rooms were pitch black. It was really inconvenient. The location is very close to Qingdao Station. There are other youth hostels nearby, such as Strawberry Youth Hostel and Mountain and Sea. I didn't book the two more famous ones because I hadn't finalized my itinerary. I was actually hesitant when booking this one because it seemed to have been renovated at the end of 2005. I also saw comments saying that it smelled bad, so I left overnight. But it's really cheap. It cost less than 40 yuan a night when I went there in January 2006. I heard from my roommate that she booked in advance and had a coupon, so it cost about 30 yuan a night. In fact, when I first went there, I made a draft in my mind and communicated with the boss, saying that I would first see if the smell was really strong and stay for a while before deciding whether to check in. The boss also readily agreed, provided that everyone was polite. I heard that some people stayed until after 8 o'clock in the evening and found excuses to check out. This is unnecessary, right? But in fact, there was no smell at all. Although I was still a little worried at the beginning, it was only a four-night stay, so it was not a big problem for me to have a mental balance (this is also one of the reasons why it is best to choose a room with a window) But the next day I had no worries at all. My body type really makes me unable to smell anything. There are still quite a lot of people staying at this place. It is full even in the off-season. Some people have stayed there before and came back again. I feel that this place will be popular in the future. So sisters who want to stay in Qingdao for a few days can take advantage of the cheap price to go there. As for food nearby, I couldn't find any restaurants, so I ate dumplings at a restaurant that was recommended by the youth hostel owner. He recommended the ones with Spanish mackerel filling, saying that the taste was similar to that of a more famous chain store (I forgot the name), and it tasted really good. The owner also gave me two dumplings with shrimps inside, which I thought tasted better. The only sad thing was that I went there in winter, and the dumplings were cold by the end of the meal.

Maybe it is the off-season. There are not many people living. In order to save costs, there is no sanitary cleaning and cleaning, but the pit is really much better than the toilet. The boss is very good, will organize games, will help carry the luggage upstairs, the male and female partitions are also very good, there is a balcony to wash clothes, dry clothes. Going to the Grape Beach Bathing Beach is relatively close, you can take the seat of Beishan Road, but the slope of the Youth Hostel is quite large, dragging the luggage is not particularly good, the most convenient is to take a taxi.

Facilities: Complete bag check-in Environment: Very good, indoor industrial style, dark. Downstairs is the big bathhouse. Southerners really see the market. The water thief is big. You can also call the aunt to take a bath! Service: The sister is very enthusiastic, and she sent a small cup to commemorate 😊 before leaving. The Xiwang and blue and white at the door are very delicious! The bonfire under the big tree to avoid lightning!

Several shopping malls nearby are very close to the bus station. It is very easy to find. The newly opened bedding is clean and air-conditioned. Then I checked out at two o'clock. It was very good. I came earlier. The boss was very good. I checked in early. The bed was also big.

Inside Badaguan, close to the armed police station, there is a full sense of security, and in the morning there is a masculine military slogan as the wake-up call. It is very close to the Badaguan Second Bathing Beach and the bus stop (I only found out it was very close when I walked in the other direction from the hotel the next day). The sanitary facilities are average, which is not consistent with my impression of youth hostels. It may be due to the geographical location. At this price, you can only take advantage of the convenient location. But the boss is very enthusiastic and makes people feel like they are in the spring breeze.

Located inside a housing compound. GPS navigation brought me to the door, which was fortunate as it would be hard to find otherwise. They could do with a sign in English – meanwhile, look out for the Chinese characters 观海. It looks like you're arriving at the back door of a ground floor apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, using a translation app where necessary. The atmosphere is cheerfully scruffy and youthful, with hundreds of visitors' signature all over the walls. Facilities are basic – the showers are over squat toilets (plenty of water though), and there are no drinking water refill machine (buy plastic for 1 yuan at the reception). The lobby area is tiny – they actually advertise the sofa bed in the lobby as a single-occupancy. Not a great idea – don't confuse it with a tiny single room as I did. They upgraded me to a dorm room. The mattress is not soft. The location is good for a visit to May 4th Square and the seafront. Overall, it was okay to doss here one night, but I found Kaiyue Hostel much better value.

It is right next to Qingdao's University Road, and there is a supermarket right in front that is famous for being a filming location for dramas, so it is a fun place to watch Chinese people taking certification shots. It feels like staying at a Chinese person's home, and it feels like a renovated house. They do laundry for free, and they dry your laundry in the sun, so it feels good. What's interesting is that there is a mysterious cave in the accommodation, so you should definitely go in. It's creepy. However, there are no mattresses on the beds, just hard wooden floors, so people who have trouble sleeping might be concerned.
