PRIVATE BEDROOMS Each bedroom is a serene private retreat, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Nestled between the two rooms is a centrally located shared bathroom, ensuring easy access for all guests. Each bedroom boasts a luxurious medium-firm queen bed, perfectly tailored to support all sleeping styles and positions, promising a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. THE PRIVATE DECK Having your own private deck is a rare find in the City. The views of the City skyline are very nice during the day but exceptional at night! You can sit on the deck in the 2 lounger chairs or at the bistro table, you have options! THE BUILDING This apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 4 guests, and designed with a central, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot available as well. BACKYARD: Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table, or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. This is a 2nd floor apartment so you will need to go upstairs.

Named so by the painted words over the door of thesoon-to-be workshop that always needed work of its own. Dad rebuilt the house and afterthat, replaced the work shack with a top floor apartment. The apartment is still named SnorksPlace or just Snorks as our family and friends refer to it.Dad built Snorks as a cozy and bright get away nest with the feel of a ships cabin with woodfloors and galley kitchenette. We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events. Riverfront Foundry is the perfect location and accommodation for your trip to Providence... The apartment is on the 1st floor with no other apartment above it. It has a private entrance so it feels like it's own building even though there are 4 other apartments in the building attached next door. The apartment is equipped for up to 6 guests, and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area. It has tons of windows that let in natural daylight! Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There are 2 bedrooms, both with a queen size bed. One bedroom has a dedicated workspace and a large closet. The other bedroom has a wardrobe closet. The apartment is loft-like so the ceilings are all open / the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There are 1.5 bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a shower with whirlpool tub! Please note: because the whirlpool tub is deeper than a normal tub, you have a higher tub edge to get over to get into the shower. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. There is a dining table for 6 people should you choose to dine in and/or play board games! You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The living area has comfortable leather seating and a TV with a SmartTV. The patio is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage at night as you take in the peaceful running river. We have two dedicated off-street parking spots in our driveway.
