The hotel is conveniently located near Sun World Hon Thom Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room offers a great view, including fireworks displays, and the balcony is a pleasant feature. The air conditioning works well and provides good comfort. However, cleanliness needs improvement, particularly in the bedroom and kitchen areas. The check-in experience could also be better, as the waiting area is inadequate and the check-in process feels somewhat disorganized. Although luggage storage service is advertised, no assistance was provided for luggage while waiting for the room. In addition, housekeeping service was only provided on the arrival day and not on subsequent days. Overall, the hotel benefits from its excellent location and views, but improvements in cleanliness and guest services are needed.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Hillside, Sunset Town, Phu Quoc. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable.The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning balcony view. From there, I could watch the fireworks every night — truly a breathtaking experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I was genuinely impressed by this place. I would absolutely love to come back in the future.

A gamble that paid off beautifully I'll be honest — when I found this listing on Trip.com, it had just one review. I'm not someone who takes risks on accommodation, especially during a family vacation. But after messaging around five different properties in the same building, the response I got from this owner was just different. The warmth, the follow-up, the genuine care in how they communicated, it made me willing to take the leap. Best decision I made on this trip. The apartment is a cozy studio on the 14th floor of The Hill, one of the two tallest buildings in Sunset Town, perched right at the top of the slope. The room itself is clean, comfortable, and has all the basics: a lovely King-size bed and, most importantly, an incredible view. From the balcony, you can watch both Kiss of the Sea and Symphony of the Sea performances without stepping out of your room. The fireworks look spectacular from up here. There's a clock tower that sits in the sightline, but honestly it would obstruct the view from any unit in the building, it's a minor thing and barely noticeable. One of my concerns before arriving was navigating Sunset Town, it's built on a slope and I was dreading stairs and uphill walks. Turns out it's all connected via escalators, making getting around effortless. Top to bottom, everything flows easily. For what we paid, the value was exceptional. I genuinely expected less. A few things to note before you book: The room has one King bed, so it's best suited for couples, solo travellers, or families with a small child who can share. Also, the bathroom windows have blinds that can get a little see-through at night, worth being aware of if you're privacy-conscious. Since this is an apartment, claenign is every once in 3 days from what i understand. The room was well stocked with cutlery, crockery, a small kitchenette with stove and sink and a washing machine. It's also got a roof top infinity pool / kids club and gym. Would I return? Without question. Would I recommend it? This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was clean and tidy, and the best part was being able to watch the fireworks right from our room. The location is convenient and close to attractions, making getting around a breeze. A special thank you to staff member Tri, whose service was incredibly nice and patient, making our entire trip even more perfect. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit!

I'd say these apartments offer excellent value for money if you're looking to explore the south of Phu Quoc Island (3-4 days would be more than enough), or if you're planning a long-term stay (like 2-3 months). The south feels like a real European quarter, with French influence in its architecture, and it hosts spectacular shows and fireworks. The apartment's location is fantastic; everything is within walking distance. The furthest point in Sunset Town is only about a 15-minute walk. Plus, it's currently one of the tallest buildings in the area, so even if you can't see the fireworks from your window, you can always enjoy them for free from the rooftop pool area on the 19th floor. The pool and gym are included in the apartment price. There are plenty of diverse restaurants nearby, so you won't go hungry. The hotel also offers paid breakfast, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on that. The room has everything you need and more, such as a small kitchen with an electric stove and a washing machine. Housekeeping and fresh towels are available upon request (I think it's free), but we didn't need these services during our 4-day stay. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but it was resolved quite quickly. The staff (especially the lady who assisted us) was very responsive to my requests, even those unrelated to the apartment, which was much appreciated. We communicated via WhatsApp, and I'm very grateful for her help. On the downside, there's no proper drying rack for clothes, no bath mat in the shower, and the water heater works strangely (if it's off, the water is cold, but if you turn it on, the water is only hot, and you can't get cold water. Even if you turn it off, you have to wait a very long time for the cold water to return). And why did I mention 3-4 days? Because the beach here isn't great compared to other beaches on the island (and we usually come here to sunbathe properly). All the local points of interest can be visited in a couple of days if you really want to, and this is pretty much the southernmost tip of the island. So, traveling from here for 2-3 days to the north of the island, for example, to see everything there, would be tiring and inconvenient (but that's just my opinion). So, I recommend these apartments, and I wish everyone a great holiday.

I just returned to Phu Quoc and tried Gallery Hillside Hotel Phu Quoc, I must say that after going, I still see the feeling of like 😄 The first impression is that the staff is very pleasant. Not the kind of welcoming, but really friendly talking, anything is clearly explained, quick support. Just arrived but I felt comfortable, not as lonely or shy as some other places. The room is the right type of looking at what you want to lie down. Clean, tidy, everything is quite new. The light in the room is beautiful, when you open the curtains during the day, you can see the outside quite chill. The type of without going far, just staying in the room, you can feel relaxing. I am a vacation type and like the feeling of ”staying quiet and happy”, this place is really right. The design of the hotel also has a taste, not a big tea. The corners around take pictures look good, not homeless. Going around in the hotel is also pleasant. What I like another thing is how they run. The kind of thing is slippery — what it needs to be called yes, no need to wait long or remind it back and forth. The small things such as cleaning the room or support are also quite neat, not annoying. The location is also good, traveling to some places to play in Phu Quoc is not too far. So if you just want to relax and go out, it's ok. In general, this trip I was quite surprised because I didn't expect too much at first. But after staying, I found this is the type of hotel that I am willing to come back. It's not a luxury or awful, but it gives a comfortable and comfortable feeling, but when going on vacation, that's the most important thing. Who is looking for a place in Phu Quoc that wants to be beautiful, chill, and the service is stable, I think you should try this place 👍
