Facilities: Separate toilet, separate bathroom, plenty of sinks, and hot water available at the front desk – very good. Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Quite good. The public areas are beautiful, perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and working. It also seems like there are performance and activity zones. The dorm beds have curtains and power outlets, and it's relatively quiet. Service: Also good, they help with luggage.

The location is fantastic, right by the Qinhuai River and Fuzi Temple, super easy to find, and surrounded by tons of great food options. The hotel itself is spacious, with a 24-hour front desk service. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. The lounge area is well-divided, with a reading corner, a chat area, and even a dedicated dining space with an open-plan kitchen. Oh, and this place has a huge terrace that's perfect for photos, plus a bar and coffee shop. The room decor is excellent too, with a large, very comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was much better than I expected. The hostel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to get downtown. There's also a police station nearby, and all guests are female, which made me feel incredibly safe. It's clean and tidy, with excellent service. There's a common area where you can eat, and one wall is covered with heartfelt messages from previous female guests, many of which were quite touching. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely come back. However, I wouldn't recommend it for those sensitive to noise, as it's like a university dorm with multiple people in one room. Since everyone has different schedules, some checking in late and others leaving early, some noise is unavoidable.

The hotel's design is really impressive, and I had a fantastic experience. Everyone should definitely come and check it out! Being on a high floor allowed me to see far into the distance through the window, which really lifted my spirits. The staff were all incredibly friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic, and even helped me with a small issue. 😁

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful! They patiently answered all my travel questions and even helped me plan my itinerary. The common areas had a fantastic vibe – I spent evenings chatting and playing games with people from all over the world, and it never felt awkward. The facilities were very thoughtful, with a washing machine, dryer, and free drinking water all readily available; they really paid attention to the details. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends!

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and they have a very friendly black dog you can play fetch with. The place was fully booked that day, but the owner still offered a complimentary upgrade to a private room. The overall environment is lovely, featuring a small garden where you can swing. The rooms are also very cozy, giving you the feeling of stepping back into a quaint small town from over a decade ago. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and washrooms left something to be desired, making it perhaps best suited for guests who aren't too particular about their hygiene facilities.

It's very clean and hygienic. The aunties are very welcoming. It's very close to the train station, and it's very quiet at night, with little to no interruptions. The only thing I think is that the bathroom layout could be improved. It would be more convenient to have a shelf for clothes in the shower cubicle.

First the highlights: perfect location! Directly at the metro station and well connected to the main attractions of Suzhou. Plus, the staff helped me to order things from *******, quite helpful. The room and bed were clean as well! Now, the downside to consider: there are not enough showers/toilets. The bathroom was really disgusting in the end. There's also some noise from outside, but that didn't bother me so much.

Location is good and easy to find. 2 min away from metro. Downsyates there is a Starbucks and McDonald’s. The common area is huge. Cleanliness in common area is okay but rooms are cleaned every day. Everything on the same floor. Most hostel mates are long time living here

Generally, everything is perfect, the host is very nice. She can speak English and help us to book tickets. The room for 3 people looks clean and tidy. The view is great. The location is convenient. The price is good! The only bad point is the restroom: a little bad smell from it and the water got a bit stuck when taking shower, and no toilet paper😔 Hope the host can renovate in the future Will back if have chance to travel this city one more time😁
