Facilities: Great, well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: The public areas are spacious and comfortable. Service: The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. However, in the public area, I kept encountering a large man in a red shirt who constantly talked to himself in a very loud voice. He'd just keep mumbling even if no one was talking to him, and then suddenly exclaim 'Oh~~~' as if having an epiphany. He'd even say 'Windows~ Windows~' loudly while on his computer. Honestly, his super loud voice was really disruptive to others; I couldn't believe it.

Fantastic stay, super comfortable, and truly the most delightful surprise of my trip! This hostel is a tranquil oasis amidst the city buzz, with a charming, antique-inspired atmosphere that's incredibly soothing. Sitting by the window, letting the sunlight wash over me, and just daydreaming filled me with pure bliss. The bedding is changed for every guest and smells fresh. The beds have privacy curtains, and the common areas are cleaned daily, so it's impeccably clean and reassuring. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful – they patiently answered all my questions and even recommended hidden local eateries and off-the-beaten-path routes, helping me avoid all those overrated tourist traps. Traveling solo felt completely stress-free!

One of the reasons I really like this place is how incredibly thoughtful the staff and owner are. In the evenings, when the lobby gets dim, the owner and staff place little nightlights on each table for reading. The light isn't harsh at all; it's a gentle, warm yellow, so you can easily read or write at a table, or even curl up on a nearby sofa for a nap without disturbing each other.

As a solo traveler, I read a lot of reviews before booking this place. Some mentioned hygiene issues, others service problems. I stayed here for a total of 13 days across three separate bookings. Regarding hygiene, I found it to be excellent. The cleaning staff started tidying up as early as 6:30 AM every morning. I chose a room with a private bathroom, and the toilet was very clean, even with disposable seat covers provided. As for the front desk service, I found the staff to be very friendly. We chatted a lot and shared our thoughts on Suzhou's local cuisine. She also helped me with things like grinding coffee beans. I'm really happy I chose this hostel for my trip; it was a perfect fit for me.

The hotel's design is really impressive, and I had a fantastic experience. Everyone should definitely come and check it out! Being on a high floor allowed me to see far into the distance through the window, which really lifted my spirits. The staff were all incredibly friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic, and even helped me with a small issue. 😁

The room comes with a personal locker, and you put on the bedding yourself, which is a nice touch for cleanliness. When you switch rooms, the front desk attendant helps move your belongings to the new room ❤️. They also offer free earplugs and coffee at the front desk, which you can grab as needed. There's also a fridge and microwave available for use. After a day of exploring Nanjing, coming back to the hostel is truly relaxing. Looking forward to my next visit!

Cool, busy youth hostel. Bed was comfy and light/plug by bed. No locker in the room, just small ones by reception. Horrible wifi, especially in the evening. Spacious common area with lots of plugs. Feels like a college dormitory, very social atmosphere, even a few foreigners staying there. Free hot water and a fridge. Great endless hot water in the shower and clean (sit-down) toilets. No toilet paper or bidet however, so bring your own (why??). Located right by a metro stop. There's a fantastic aldi-style grocery store in the attached mall. Nearby streets also have local food options. It's confusing to find: enter via the west side of the building, at Qingfeng Hotel, then take elevator to 6th floor.

Location: Very close to Zhenjiang Railway Station, just across the street, a 10-15 minute walk. Located in Changfa Plaza, next to Wanda Plaza. Convenient shopping; there's a large supermarket, ”Changshen Supermarket,” in the basement; Changfa Plaza has many restaurants, including Haidilao and Yong'an Fish Restaurant, and even plenty of street food stalls, catering to various price ranges. Environment & Facilities: The hostel is on the 4th floor of Building 5, easy to find with the map provided by the owner. The total area isn't large, but it's well-equipped. Upon entering, there's a common lounge area, small but complete with sofas, a dining table, a refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser, and a washing machine. Attention to detail is also evident, with a dedicated slipper sterilizer and ample clothes hangers. There are two shower rooms for women, even with shower gel and shampoo. There's only one squat toilet, but since there aren't many guests and everyone has different schedules, it's sufficient. All rooms have bunk beds, the difference being between four-person and eight-person rooms. There are approximately 3-4 rooms each for men and women. Each bed comes with a strip lamp, a small cabinet, a charging socket, disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, and earplugs. The only slight drawback is the lack of storage space for large luggage; you have to put it under the bed or simply toss it on the bed. The walkway outside allows you to get some sun, and there's a clothes rack where you can hang your clothes to dry. A bookshelf separates the entryway from the rest area. The bookshelf actually has many worthwhile books; putting down your phone and choosing a book is a pleasant experience. Most of the guests are young people with different schedules, so we didn't interact much. On the first night, I met a girl who bought fruit to share with everyone; the second night, I met a girl who couldn't get a train ticket to Suzhou and had to take a ferry from Yangzhou to Zhenjiang. I shared my Zhenjiang travel tips with them, hoping everyone had a pleasant trip. In summary: A very nice hostel where you can feel free and undisturbed, perfect for solo travelers.

I forgot to take a photo on the trip) Whether it is the overall feeling, or the details feel very good! The manager's sister will patiently teach me how to stay. Although it is 8 people, the room is actually very spacious and the bed is spacious enough to sleep. The sanitation is very good, and it is all where the girls are, clean and fragrant... The most satisfying is the bathroom and bathroom! Really clean! Next time you come to Xuzhou, come to this store!

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and they have a very friendly black dog you can play fetch with. The place was fully booked that day, but the owner still offered a complimentary upgrade to a private room. The overall environment is lovely, featuring a small garden where you can swing. The rooms are also very cozy, giving you the feeling of stepping back into a quaint small town from over a decade ago. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and washrooms left something to be desired, making it perhaps best suited for guests who aren't too particular about their hygiene facilities.

GGuest UserQuite a good place to stay the first few days, the lady there gave me a banana and free breakfast on the first day as I usually leave the place early. However, the last night there was absolutely horrendous. I am not sure who was smoking in the public space and there was a nauseating strong smell of smoke all over the place, if you leave your room door open the smell will be in your room too. I had to quickly go to the toilet if not the smell would be on my clothes. If it was not late at night, I would have found myself another place to stay. I think there can be stricter control on no smoking in an enclosed space like hostel, this person is extremely inconsiderate. He/she can go outside to smoke instead. The female toilet sink was also so rusty and they should fix it. A good thing is they provide shampoo and body wash. To me it is just a place to wash up and sleep, is acceptable for budget solo travellers but I will not stay here again due to the bad experience with the smoke.

HHuelwenGenerally, everything is perfect, the host is very nice. She can speak English and help us to book tickets. The room for 3 people looks clean and tidy. The view is great. The location is convenient. The price is good! The only bad point is the restroom: a little bad smell from it and the water got a bit stuck when taking shower, and no toilet paper😔 Hope the host can renovate in the future Will back if have chance to travel this city one more time😁

GGuest User英文好评 I only stayed one night, but this all-girl hostel already feels like a second home. The key-card access and 24 h reception made me feel safe the moment I stepped in. Beds are wide, with thick curtains, individual lights, plugs and even a tiny shelf for glasses—no awkward climbing or flashlight reading. Bathrooms deserve a trophy: rain-shower heads, constant hot water and a heavenly grapefruit shampoo provided free. Every corner smells like fresh linen because staff launder nonstop. The communal kitchen is better stocked than my apartment back home; we made midnight banana pancakes and left with six new Instagram mutuals. Checking out felt like leaving summer camp; I hugged the receptionist and promised to send postcards. If you’re a solo female traveler, bookmark this place, period.

However, the nearest subway station is a little far to walk - around 20 mins. However, service was excellent here - the boss was very kind and helpful, and the cleaning service was regular. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was in constant supply in the bathroom. The amenities provided were good too, having a kettle, shampoo, and body wash. Hand wash was however lacking by the sink. Cleanliness perhaps left a little to be desired - my room had seen better days with peeling wallpaper and some stains on the wallpaper too. That being said, it wasn’t such a problem as to make me uncomfortable especially given the affordability of the place. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!
