The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right outside the door. The hostel has an amazing atmosphere; the common areas are super stylish, and I met so many interesting people! The beds are clean and comfortable, the privacy curtains are excellent, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The front desk staff member was incredibly warm and helpful, and even recommended some fantastic local tips. It offers superb value for money, truly a paradise for backpackers and young travelers! Highly recommend for those who love to socialize and appreciate a stylish, artistic atmosphere! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit! 👍

An excellent hotel, it’s very cheap, especially for its quality and really nice. The rooms are really convenient and tidy, as well as the shower a bathrooms. They provide you with slippers in the room, which is very convenient, as well as free toothbrush, there’s shampoo and shower gel and you can also buy a one use towel and all sorts of things for stay for really cheap. It’s very quiet and people are really nice. There’s a nice communal area where people work and read as well as a bar that works until 12. You can also do your laundry here. Another amazing this is that it’s located right next to a lot of attractions such as Suzhou museum and garden, lion forest garden and much more and it’s incredibly beautiful there. Overall, i had an amazing stay and as a solo female traveler and a foreigner i felt really comfortable, safe and welcomed so i recommend everyone to come here and will be back myself!

The hostel is pretty close to the metro, and you’ll need to take an elevator up to the 4th floor to get there. There are lots of restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. The staff were helpful, but just a heads-up — towels aren’t included. You’ll need to leave a 50 deposit to borrow one, and the towel is surprisingly tiny (think: hair towel size). The room was alright. It’s split into 3 small sections inside, so you can definitely hear what’s going on in the next room — not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. Bathrooms are okay and kept clean, but there’s only one shared shower/toilet zone for the whole hostel. If your room is at the far end of the hallway like mine was, it’s a bit of a walk to get to the bathroom each time, which isn’t super convenient.

I had originally planned a summer trip to Nanjing with friends, but family matters forced a last-minute cancellation. Realizing last week might be my last free weekend of the academic year, I decided to go solo. On Friday, right after finishing work at 6 PM, I quickly bought a ticket, packed my bags, and was on a high-speed train to Nanjing by 7:30 PM. While on the train, I booked another hostel, but had to cancel it because I wouldn't arrive until around midnight for check-in, and they didn't have a 24-hour front desk. So I searched again on Ctrip and booked Yindu International Youth Hostel. The front desk staff member called to ask my estimated check-in time. I told her it would likely be around midnight. She asked if I could arrive earlier, but I explained I wouldn't even get off the high-speed train until 11:20 PM. So, she added me on WeChat, sent me two incredibly detailed messages with check-in instructions, and even prepared my bedding. When I finally arrived, I found she was still waiting for me to check in and hadn't gone to rest yet 😭😭. The beds in the hostel are very clean, and the bedding is changed daily, so you won't encounter damp sheets like you might in some hotels. The common room is incredibly spacious, with plenty of seating. It's decorated in a style that's both artistic and cozy, and there's even a projector screen. A fridge, microwave, and basically everything you could need are available. The entire atmosphere is exceptionally comfortable. There's a long row of washstands and dressing tables. Since my daily itinerary was quite packed, I was up early each morning and often saw the cleaning staff already at work. Even though the toilets and showers are shared, they were completely free of any unpleasant smells, and I felt entirely comfortable using them. Furthermore, since it's an all-female environment, it was very quiet at night. My two-night stay far exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all female travelers! 😊😊😊 I've already told my friends that the next time we visit Nanjing together, Yindu will definitely be our choice again! 😊😊😊

I loved staying here, it was like staying at an aunts house. The aunties that run the hostel are super sweet and nice, they are very hospitable and make you feel welcomed. The bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Only thing is that it’s a family run business and they stay there as well so there is a small child there as well, and at night her dad comes to visit/stay. So it is a woman only hostel but there one man occasionally. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Clean & well-maintained; very comfortable beds; great showers; hot water for drinks & noodles; excellent common area with selection of seating options; games and books available; good location .Very friendly staff. Much to love. Would return to the hostel if I was back in the city.

My experience has been incredible because the hostel I’m staying at feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to help. Everything is extremely well-organized, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short walk to both the subway and bus stations, making it super convenient to get around the city. On top of all that, the prices are very affordable, but the quality of service is top-notch. For such a reasonable price, they really go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—it’s truly a hidden gem

Stepping into this B&B feels like stumbling into a paradise, a small world gently embraced by time. This B&B was truly satisfying. Its prime location offers convenient transportation and a tranquil, undisturbed environment. The rooms are well-planned, with excellent light and a spacious atmosphere. The furnishings are simple yet high-quality, the beds are dry and comfortable, and the amenities are comprehensive and intelligent, from high-speed internet to climate control. The cleanliness is impeccable, with every corner meticulously cleaned. I truly loved it.

First, gratitude! A thousand words of gratitude! Honestly, I feel like the owner of this hotel is quite compassionate. I've been staying here for a week, and I've eaten all three meals a day at their vegetarian restaurant. It's free, and we didn't have to pay a penny. Several of us guests have also eaten there for free. I heard breakfast will be free after September 7th, but since this is a vegetarian restaurant, we can't waste it. We felt bad eating it all. We've been eating for free for several days, and our room was only 50 or 60 yuan, but the food we ate exceeded that. I'm grateful to Ru Vegetarian and to this youth hostel. It's so loving! I'll definitely stay at this loving youth hostel again next time I visit! Thank you Ru Vegetarian

This is a newly opened hostel, and the odor hasn't completely dissipated. This was especially true in the women's capsule rooms, where the walls between the beds must have been newly built. Even with the door closed at night, the stench in the room was so overwhelming I couldn't sleep. I was supposed to stay five nights, but I checked out early the next night. Furthermore, there was a sealed window on the innermost wall of the room. The glass was so thin that when it rained at night, you could hear the sound of raindrops hitting the metal frame outside. Those with odor sensitivity should be cautious about choosing capsule rooms during this time. While there was a slight odor in the lobby and other rooms, it was far better than the capsule rooms. However, the owner handled the issue very promptly and helpfully! I couldn't sleep at around 1:00 on my first night, so when I checked out early, I sent a message asking to move to a four-person room the next day. They responded immediately and moved me to a six-person room that same night. Thank you so much! Other aspects of the hostel were quite good: there was a water dispenser, the noise level was muted after 11 PM, and the location was great.
