Hotel relativ neu, Zimmer geräumig, Frühstücksbereich heavily overcrowded and massively understaffed, you have to wait for cutlery, dirty dishes, in case you need a car parking lot, it costs you additional 19 Euro per night nearby is no space for all guests with car, cleaning on request or every 3 days in case of longer stays

I had to catch an early flight so I chose to stay for one night at this hotel. It is a bit old but atill okay. The staff were very helpful. I asked if there was an ice machine. The staff at the restaurant gave me a bucket of ice in no time. Apprexiated. I thought it could be noisy as it was right at the airport. But it was quiet.

This is a new hotel, very clean, and gets tidied up daily. The front desk staff are friendly, and there's free coffee. The shower has excellent hot water pressure. It's a 5-minute walk from Diegem station, where IC or S trains run to the city center approximately every half hour. There's also a convenience store just 3 minutes away.

Very disappointing stay We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel. When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude. Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.

The hotel is very good and it is very good for the staff to find a replacement in less than 5 minutes.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

The sanitation is basically clean, the environment is simple and spacious, like the domestic Hanting. There is a slight dust accumulation on the small countertops such as the toilet. The environment is OK, next to the road but not noisy at night, the heating is warm, the door card lock has an insurance function, someone will call when they open the door, and they are more at ease. In addition to the hotel's basic no toothbrush slippers: no mineral water (to go to the front desk to buy) and tea bags, coffee machines or glasses, toilet paper is very thin and easy to fall off; bath towels and hair dryers are not used, but I feel that the hair dryer is also old and may be hot. The service is no problem 👌, the Indian brother at the front desk is very patient and willing to borrow you to convert the plug. It is worth mentioning that although their home is Italian: I feel that Indian cuisine will be corrected, and the store also has a special signboard. With small bars and restaurants, I didn't go in a hurry.

The design of the executive room type is not reasonable. There is a small window, the bathroom and bathroom are far away, the bathroom has no door and the glass privacy is not strong. But the location and environment of the hotel are very good, parking is convenient, just in the Bejuan community, the city hall and the botanical garden are all within walking distance, crossing the tunnel to the opposite side of the road through the forest all the way through the University of Leuven to the Arenberg Castle.

The reception staff speaks several languages, which makes travel easier. You can't hear any cars at all; it's a quiet location with easy access to major cities by train and metro.

This is the hotel I booked for two friends. This hotel is recommended by me sincerely. It is not too expensive in the same type of hotel, but Mövenpick has lived in China. The service is very good and I left a deep impression. This time, the two friends also said it was very good and liked it.
